Based on e3-value ontology method, which is a structural modeling analysis tool, we established the value model for C2C e-business. With assumption of relations in the value model, the profitability of the actors and value of business model can be evaluated by simulation analysis. We also analyzed this model by adjustment of parameters in value process, and then discussed the innovation strategies for C2C e-business models.
