摘要:

A RE2O3-Mo cathode which contains Lu 2O3 and Y2O3 with a certain weight ratio was made using a Sol-Gel technique and the spark plasma sintering technique. The maximum secondary emission yield (δm) of this cathode could reach 4.6 while the activation temperature is only 900C. © 2008 IEEE.
