Traffic　accessibility　is　not　only　one　of　the　key　indexes　to　locate　commerce　net　site　or　rebuild　commerce　but　also　the　main　index　of　the　Commerce　Traffic　Impact　Analysis.　Firstly,　this　paper　introduces　the　concept,　influencing　factors　and　measures　of　traffic　accessibility.　Secondly,　due　to　traffic　character　which　is　different　from　others,　this　paper　brings　forward　a　set　of　new　measures　of　Commerce　Traffic　Accessibility.　Finally,　it　introduces　the　application　of　Geography　information　System　(GIS)　in　commerce　traffic　accessibility　analysis,　which　can　integrate　attribute　information　and　space　information　and　carry　out　comprehensive　analysis,　and　develops　commerce　traffic　accessibility　analysis　system.
