摘要：

The　secondary　electron　emission　of　REO-Mo　metal　cermet　cathodes　have　been　investigated　in　this　paper.　The　enhancement　of　Secondary　emission　yields　is　related　to　the　annealing　technology,　which　leads　to　the　improvement　of　the　supplement　of　electron.　©　2006　IEEE.
