摘要:
The effectiveness of end-to-end (ETE) anastomosis configuration designed to avoid variation of distal dowstream flow to improve hemodynamics in distal anastomosis, was investigated. Three-dimensional idealized femoral bypass graft models with distal ETE and end-to-side (ETS) anastomosis configurations were developed. The blood flow in these models was simulated with CFD method using the finite element analysis. The temporal and spatial distributions of hemodynamics such as low patterns and wall shear stress (WSS) in the vicinity of distal anastomosis during the cardiac cycle were also analyzed. The results show that femoral bypassing configuration with ETE bypass graft was of more favourable hemodynamics.
