摘要:

To improve the electrochemical performance and thermal stability of LiNiO2, composites of LiNi0.9Co0.05Al 0.05O2 and LiNi0.9Al0.1O2 were synthesized with coated precursor. The substituting elements of Co and Al modified the surface morphology and significantly improved thermal stability of the composites by retarding the decomposition of the charged LiNiO2. In comparison with LiNiO2, both of LiNi0.9Co 0.05Al0.05O2 and LiNi0.9Al 0.1O2 exhibited excellent cycling reversibility with very small loss of discharge capacity. The surface modification may reduce the undesired reactions and stabilize the composite particles to improve the cycling performance.
