From　the　point　of　traffic　safety,　through　examination　on　driver　by　psychological　and　physiological　instrument,　main　indexes　that　influence　driver＇s　psychology　and　physiology　are　set　up.　Relation　between　heart　rate　and　intensity,　characteristics　of　heart　rate　spectrum　and　power　are　analyzed,　and　the　necessary　relation　between　the　response　and　traffic　safety　is　validated.　The　study　provides　scientific　gist　for　reducing　and　prevention　of　traffic　incidents.
