摘要:

Effect of homogenization annealing on microstructure and properties of 5E61 alloy was studied. Microhardness and conductivity of the alloy were tested, and microstructure was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the microhardness and conductivity of the 5E61 alloy are significantly improved during homogenization annealing, and the precipitates in the alloy become finer and better dispersed after two-stage homogenization. After homogenization annealing at 320 ℃ for 20 h and then at 450 ℃ for 20 h, the dendrite structure of the 5E61 alloy is eliminated, the residual second phase at grain boundary is the least and the elements in the microstructure are uniformly distributed, indicating that it is the best homogenization annealing process © 2018, Editorial Office of Transactions of Materials and Heat Treatment.
