摘要:

To realize the interconnection of information in the digital manufacturing workshop of CNC machine tools, and aiming at the transmission of related production information among all levels of the digital manufacturing process of CNC machine tools, a worksheet definition format (WDF) model was proposed based on OPC unified architecture (OPC UA). Then, its file structure and function node model were described and defined. Meanwhile, a modeling example was given, and the interaction mechanism of the WDF was explained. Based on the WDF file model, the open sharing of the information transmission among different levels of the CNC machine tools digital manufacturing workshop can be realized, and the problem of heterogeneous information can be solved. © 2018, Editorial Department of Journal of Beijing University of Technology.
