Abstract:
On the basis of reference to the mainstream APPs evaluation system and standards at home and abroad, this paper establishes the evaluation index system for APPs of public transport information from three aspects, include functional quantitative index, user experience index, and developer self-evaluation. The functional quantitative index includes 5 quantitative indicators such as dynamic line information coverage rate, static line information coverage rate, line information accuracy rate, travel time prediction accuracy rate, and arrival prediction accuracy rate. The user experience index includes six aspects, such as convenience, accuracy, fluency, degree of timeliness, stability, and satisfaction. Developer self-evaluation focuses on the data source, information transmission mode, and software features. Through the appropriate algorithm summary evaluation results, we obtained the final rating of APP. Finally, taking the domestic three mainstream navigation software as a case, an example is given which has a certain sense for reference. The evaluation results are consistent with the facts, which verifies the usability and objectivity of the evaluation system. © ASCE.
