Abstract：

On　the　basis　of　the　fact　that　0-Project　Concept　of　R.　W.　Evans　depicted　successively　the　constant　stress　creep　strain　curves,　a　modified　0-Project　Concept　was　developed,　which　could　applied　to　describe　the　constant　load　creep　strain　curves　of　a　heat-resistance　steel　SM41C.
