Since　the　emergence　of　network　organizations　reduces　the　globalization　uncertainty　to　enterprises,　more　and　more　studies　focus　on　network　organization　in　order　to　seek　the　right　organization　form　that　meets　the　need　of　modern　society.　Organization　structure　is　a　key　area　of　management　science　because　structure　does　have　an　important　impact　on　organizational　performance.　Since　complete　analysis　and　detail　discussion　about　the　network　structure　evaluation　is　little,　this　paper　concluded　some　typical　types　of　network　structure,　and　put　forward　a　time　effect　&　quality　model　in　order　to　computer　the　order　degree.　It　proved　that　multiplex　multi-kernel　network　is　more　orderly　than　single-core　network.
