The　author　has　established　the　platform　of　Network　Forum　based　on　3G　and　applied　it　to　class　teaching　to　construct　new　teaching　modes　and　to　promote　teaching　reform.　The　forum,　after　being　tested,　has　yielded　highly　desirable　results　and　the　actual　performance　will　be　presented.　©　2010　IADIS.
