摘要:

Sm(Co balFe 0.09 Cu 0.09Zr 0.03) 7.69 magnet was prepared by conventional powder metallurgy techniques, and the effect of sintering temperature on magnetic properties was studied. It is found that with increasing sintering temperature, the intrinsic coercivity H cj, the remanence B r and the maximum energy product (BH) max increase first and then decrease. The optimal magnetic properties are B r=10.40kGs, H cj=25.161kOe, (BH) max=25.88MGOe at room temperature when the magnet is sintered at 1230°C. The temperature stability of magnets sintered at 1230°C is excellent and can work under the condition of 500°C.
