摘要：

Integrated　concepts　and　technologies　of　the　intelligent　transport　and　ubiquitous　network,　＂ubiquitous　traffic＂,　which　includes　ubiquitous　traffic　information,　ubiquitous　traffic　detection　and　ubiquitous　traffic　control,　was　proposed.　Then　the　relationship　and　interaction　among　these　three　parts　of　＂ubiquitous　traffic＂　were　introduced.　Finally,　the　technologies　and　architecture　of　the　ubiquitous　traffic　network　were　given,　combing　the　key　technologies　of　ubiquitous　network　such　as　wireless　communication,　sensor　and　radio　frequency　identification.
