Abstract:

The CuAl1-xCrxO2 ceramics were synthesized by solid-phase reaction method. Phase structure, element valence state, electrical properties of CuAl1-xCrxO2 ceramics were investigated by XRD, XPS, impedance spectroscopy and Hall measurement et. al.. The results show that the main phases of the sample are CuAlO2 and Cu2O. Meanwhile, a small amount of Cu2+ exists. The electrical conductivity of samples increases (x=0-0.02)and then decreases (x=0.02-0.05) as the Cr content increasing. The influence factor includes the valence state of Cu cations and carrier mobility. © 2016, Chinese Ceramic Society. All right reserved.
