摘要:
A composite shear wall with concrete filled steel tube CFST boundary columns and concealed steel plate-steel braces was proposed. Based on relative existing low-rise shear wall tests, two wall models with different constructions were tested under the cyclic loading so as to investigate the shear behavior of the new wall. The hysteretic property, load-bearing capacity, stiffness, energy dissipation capacity and failure modes of models are compared and analyzed. The mechanical model for calculating load-bearing capacity of the wall was proposed and the calculated results agree well with the measured values. Research shows that: the CFST boundary columns has the obvious restriction on the main diagonal crack developing of the wall; the crack and the damage process on the wall are significantly different for different models; the parameters of CFST boundary columns, steel plate - steel braces and the wall should be reasonably designed so as to improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of shear walls. ©, 2014, Science and Technology Periodical Press.
