In　this　paper,　the　concepts　of　parametric　well-posedness　and　parametric　well-posedness　in　generalized　sense　for　quasivariational-like　inequalities　problems　are　introduced.　Some　criteria　and　characterizations　are　derived　for　parametric　well-posedness　and　parametric　well-posedness　in　generalized　sense.　©　2011　Pushpa　Publishing　House.
