摘要:
The 0.5%(mass fraction) Pd/Ce0.6Zr0.4-xYxO2 (x=0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.1) three-way nanocatalysts were prepared from colloidal palladium (Pd) nanoparticles by one step co-precipitation (COP) and impregnation (IMP) method, respectively. The effects of preparation method and doping amounts of yttrium (Y) on the three-way activities and hydrothermal stability were investigated. The results showed that both fresh and aged COP catalysts had higher three-way catalytic activities than that of the corresponding IMP samples. For fresh COP catalysts, the doing of Y had little effect on the three-way catalytic activities. However, Pd/Ce0.6Zr0.35Y0.05O2 showed the best catalytic performance and wider air/fuel operation window after being hydrothermal aged at 900 °C for 6 h. It can be concluded that one step co-precipitation method is a promising method for the fabrication of three-way nanocatalysts from colloidal Pd nanoparticles and an appropriate content of Y dopant seems to favor an enhancement in the three-way catalytic activities and hydrothermal stability of Pd/Ce0.6Zr0.4-xYxO2 catalysts.
