As the heat transfer and storage medium, the molten salts have the good prospect in the high-temperature solar thermal power technology. The viscosity, density, specific heat and thermal conductivity are closely related to the heat transfer process of molten salts. In this paper, the errors of every thermophysical property that causes the heat transfer performance to deviate at +10% or -10% were calculated under a variety of classic heat exchange equations, respectively, according to the function error theory. Using the error analysis method, the influence of thermophysical properties data on the heat transfer performance calculation of molten salts was obtained.
