In the coal mine of Daanshan Mining Area, based on the innate advantages of Daanshan mine in the standard management and good enterprise culture, and the efficient measures of comprehensive utilization, technology innovation, energy saving and emission reduction, environmental protection and land reclamation which Daanshan mine had taken are analyzed. The analysis shows that the objectives and priorities of the green mine construction. The result implies that the construction of green mine is a complicated and integral process, it can not be succeed without a long-term plan and careful layout. Technology innovation is the key factor, all other factors are closely linked to the increase of technology innovation. To fulfill the promise of green mine construction to improve the environment to the world, China should make policies based on the relationship between environmental protection and mining activities. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
