摘要：

A　simple　and　effective　approach　to　detect　QRS-T　complexes　from　ECG　(electrocardiogram)　basd　on　histogram　was　developed　so　as　to　gain　the　P　wave　of　a　person　when　one　is　in　sinus　arrhythmia　or　to　gain　the　f　wave　whenever　the　AF　(atrial　fibrillation)　occurred.　The　signal　processing　and　analysis　on　the　P　wave　and　the　f　wave　were　carried　out　by　means　of　the　fractal　dimension　method.　The　box　dimension　of　the　P　wave　and　the　f　wave　were　calculated,　and　the　evident　differences　between　the　related　information　(when　AF　appeared　or　did　not　appear)　were　compared.
