As　the　developing　of　computer　and　Internet,　more　and　more　application　software　based　on　network　are　springing　out　rapidly,　which　results　in　challenging　of　traditional　testing　methods　and　theories.　This　article　puts　the　emphasis　on　the　research　and　skills　of　the　parallel　testing　methods　for　the　software　based　on　Internet,　with　some　practical　experience　and　summarize　practical　issues　arisen　in　parallel　testing.
