Abstract：
中江兆民使用汉文译介《民约译解》时,通过改译、加注解等方式对卢梭的《社会契约论》进行了新的阐释,从中可以看到他运用孟子的重民思想对接民权概念的尝试.本文拮取孟子重民思想中的＂民本君末＂论、＂罪君＂论、＂民心决定＂论和＂众意＂论对此进行考证.
