Abstract：
一种铁基无磁熔覆层用合金粉末材料，应用于表面涂层领域。粉末包括：还原铁粉、电解锰粉、高碳铬铁、钼铁、硼铁、钨铁、碳化铬以及碳化硼。元素成分如下：Cr : 6-18wt.％；Mo : 5-10wt.％；W : 2-5wt.％，C : 0.5-2wt.％；B : 0.5-3wt.％；Mn : 0-15wt.％，Fe : 余量。采用等离子弧堆焊工艺制备Fe基多元合金熔覆层，本发明制备的熔覆层具有无磁性，同时具有较高硬度、产生开裂和其他熔覆缺陷的倾向小。
