基于嵌入式3D自组装结构的压电俘能器特性研究

摘要 :

本文设计了一种将压电材料内嵌入于硅凝胶软材料中的三维自组装机械结构进行振动能量采集研究,并通过有限元方法计算了该结构的俘能特性。将设计好的2D前驱体在预定位置粘结到预拉伸的软弹性体基板上,释放基体预应力使2D前驱体压缩屈曲为三维结构,其中三维结构形式可通过改变预应力的大小进行调谐,将其嵌入到硅凝胶软材料中维持三维形状。通过在不同方向,不同频率对该结构进行激励,其结果表明:3D几何结构具有宽范围、可调谐、多方向的振动模态,且嵌入于软材料中一方面可以维持3D几何构型以防塌陷,另一方面可以降低系统的固有频率以实现宽低频、多方向的振动能量采集。

Nonlinear coupling vibrations of graphene composite laminated sheets impacted by particles SCIE

In this work, the graphene composite sheets coated with metal were equivalent to composite laminated sheets. The nonlinear coupling vibrations of graphene composite laminated sheets (GCLSs) under particle impact were investigated. The size-dependent effect and viscoelasticity were incorporated to model GCLSs in the nonlocal continuum theory and Kelvin-Voigt model framework. Particle impact was regarded as stochastic excitation on the GCLS. According to the von Karman strain-displacement relationship for the geometric nonlinearity and Reddy's third-order shear deformation plate theory, the nonlinear governing partial differential equations were derived. To examine the validity of this model, a comparison with published results was carried out. With the purpose of ensuring the convergence and reliability of the results, a large number of mode truncations were performed. The emphasis of numerical simulations was placed on studying how the various factors, including the size-dependent effect, forcing amplitude, and viscoelasticity, influencing the nonlinear responses of GCLS. The motivation of this study is to present a novel model providing both practical and theoretical guidance for devices involving graphene composites subjected to particle impacts.

水流管道压力脉动能量采集器实验研究 CSCD

摘要 :

为了实现压力管道智能监测与检测的自供电技术,探讨管道压力脉动能量采集技术,本文提出了一种具有力学放大器的增强型压电叠堆俘能器.基于牛顿力学原理理论推导了力学放大器的放大系数,利用有限元方法对俘能器进行了谐响应分析并讨论了结构参数对输出电压的影响规律,通过实验研究了力学放大器与管道中的扰流体对俘能器俘能效率的影响.研究结果表明:通过调整力学放大器的结构能够有效提高俘能器的开路输出电压,在水流管道中添加扰流体有利于提高管道内压力脉动,进一步提高了俘能器的输出功率.本文的研究结果对压力管道能量收集器的设计和应用具有重要的借鉴意义.

Morphing wing aircraft have generated increasing interest in recent years owing to their ability to alter the shape and configuration of the wings to retain optimum flight performance under different flight conditions. However, while theoretical approaches have greatly advanced our understanding of the nonlinear vibrational characteristics of morphing wings during the morphing process, little effort has been made to verify the results of theoretical studies based on corresponding experimental results. The present work addresses this issue by first investigating the nonlinear dynamic behaviors of Z-shaped morphing wings during the morphing process in subsonic flow based on thin airfoil theory under ideal incompressible fluid conditions. First, the steady aerodynamic lift on the morphing wing is derived and the nonlinear partial differential equations governing the morphing wing motion are established. The influence of the folding angle on the nonlinear responses of the morphing wing is investigated via numerical simulations. Then, the aeroelastic characteristics of the morphing wing, including the flutter displacements of edge points on the outer plate of the wing, are investigated using the computational fluid dynamics module in ANSYS. Finally, the results of theoretical analysis are verified by experiments conducted with a corresponding Z-shaped morphing wing model. (C) 2021 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.

Vibration energy harvesters (VEHs) can transform ambient vibration energy to electricity and have been widely investigated as promising self-powered devices for wireless sensor networks, wearable sensors, and applications of a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS). However, the ambient vibration is always too weak to hinder the high energy conversion efficiency. In this paper, the integrated frame composed of piezoelectric beams and mechanical amplifiers is proposed to improve the energy conversion efficiency of a VEH. First, the initial structures of a piezoelectric frame (PF) and an amplification frame (AF) are designed. The dynamic model is then established to analyze the influence of key structural parameters on the mechanical amplification factor. Finite element simulation is conducted to study the energy harvesting performance, where the stiffness characteristics and power output in the cases of series and parallel load resistance are discussed in detail. Furthermore, piezoelectric beams with variable cross-sections are introduced to optimize and improve the energy harvesting efficiency. Advantages of the PF with the AF are illustrated by comparison with conventional piezoelectric cantilever beams. The results show that the proposed integrated VEH has a good mechanical amplification capability and is more suitable for low-frequency vibration conditions.

Study on the bandgaps of defect states and application of energy harvesting of local resonant phononic crystal plate EI

A local resonant phononic crystal plate, which is composed by quadrangular epoxy resin matrix embedded with cylindrical scatterers, is proposed to study the vibration energy harvesting performance. The bandgaps and energy concentration characteristics for the defect state structure are analyzed in detail. Firstly, the bandgap curve and energy transmission characteristics are analyzed for perfect and point defect phononic plate with 5 × 5 array structure based on supercell theory and finite element method. Considering the energy concentration characteristics of the point defect local resonance phononic crystal structure, piezoelectric material is used to replace the scatterer material of defect point, and the vibration energy characteristics are then analyzed. The results show that it has narrow resonance frequency band for the 5 × 5 point defect supercell structure. In order to improve the energy capture efficiency, two kind of new phononic crystal plate composed of three 5 × 5 supercells with different defect numbers and layout are proposed as the vibration energy harvester. According to the results of the electromechanical coupling analysis, it shows that the proposed local resonant phononic crystal plate overcomes the disadvantages of the single point defect supercell structure, such as too few defect modes and too narrow resonance frequency band. The working frequency band of the energy harvester is widened and the output voltage is increased. Additionally, it can further broaden the energy harvesting bandwidth and achieve better efficiency by introducing different number and configuration of defect states. © 2021, Chinese Journal of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics Press. Piezoelectric-based energy harvesting techniques offer a promising way to transform vibration energy into electric energy. However, many vibration energy harvesters (VEH) can only work under narrow bandwidths and limited high frequencies to restrict their working performance. In this paper, a vibro-impact piezoelectric VEH is proposed, where a partial interlayer-separated piezoelectric beam is designed to improve the voltage output and frequency bandwidth of the VEH. First, the mechanism of the proposed VEH is introduced and the electromechanical model is derived based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and vibro-impact dynamic model. Voltage-frequency responses are then obtained by using an approximate analytical method. In addition, the effect of partial interlayer-separated piezoelectric beams on the energy harvesting performance is investigated numerically. A parametric study is performed to investigate the influence of system parameters on the voltage output in terms of bandwidth and magnitude. Finally, the theoretical solutions are validated by experimental results, the voltage output of the proposed VEH is higher than the non-impact type. The maximum output power of the proposed VEH is about 12 times more than that of the conventional one under a 0.2 g acceleration. Due to the good agreement of the variation trend between the theoretical values and experiment results, the proposed partial interlayer-separated beam VEH can be used for a further optimization of the vibration energy harvester.

搭建了环形轨道振动试验平台,开展环形轨道振动试验、轨面不平顺振动试验研究。采用INV3062T信号采集仪和INV-9828加速度传感器分别对轨道的横向响应(道床)、纵向响应(轨腰)、轨道表面和扣件支撑处进行加速度信号采集。通过凸起模拟了轨道不平顺,试验分析了轨面不平顺对钢轨动态响应的影响。分析了速度对横波、纵波和轨面不平顺的影响。结果表明:轨道横向振动幅值远大于纵向振动;相邻扣件中点处的振动响应大于扣件处;轨面不平顺会使振动响应增大甚至引起跳动;随着速度的增大,轨道振动位移响应呈上升趋势。

基于一种空间桁架天线的周期胞元结构特征,研究了通过能量等效原理建立等效梁模型的方法。利用周期胞元的中心位移,得出胞元的位移应变关系,进而求得胞元的应变能和动能,通过哈密顿原理得到空间桁架梁结构的等效连续体模型。
