摘要 :
针对气浮工作台运行中出现的气膜波动问题,研究空气静压轴承的不同气腔结构形状对气膜内气旋及气膜波动的影响。通过结合承载力和刚度等性能参数,对有限元仿真不同形状气腔的结果对比分析,得到矩形气腔刚度最大,但同时气旋现象严重,圆台气腔能有效抑制气旋现象。这些分析通过改变轴承的结构参数抑制空气静压轴承的气旋及气膜波动,为提高气浮工作台的加工精度和稳定性提供理论依据。

摘要 :
In order to study the influence mechanism of the motion accuracy of the air static pressure guide system, this article combines the internal transmission law of the driving part of the table and the coupling analysis of solid damping and micro-scale gas damping and establishes the stepping motor, ball screw, nut, and motion table. The four-degree-of-freedom operation model was used to study the response simulation and dynamic characteristics of the entire table under the influence of various components. Combined with the damping characteristics extracted from the experiment, the influence mechanism of micro-gap solids and gas damping on the motion accuracy of the air-floating table is analyzed, and the optimal structural scheme that can effectively improve the accuracy and stability is proposed to improve the performance of the air-floating table and ultra-precision machine tools, processing accuracy to solve key technical problems in improving nano-machining accuracy.

本发明公开了一种针对选区激光熔化的温度在线检测调控系统,设有1个打印调控系统、1个CCD测温系统、1个CCD测温系统运动装置和1个PC机;所述的CCD测温系统被固定在CCD测温系统运动装置上,CCD测温系统运动装置固定在打印系统的打印舱侧壁上,CCD测温系统运动装置、CCD测温系统、打印调控系统分别与PC机相连。PC机接收CCD测温系统的图片信息并且对图片信息进行处理检测,基于检测结果对打印调控系统进行调节,达到最终温度调控的目的。

As an additive manufacturing technology, selective laser melting (SLM) can form any complex metal parts, which has unparalleled advantages compared to traditional processing methods. However, there are still some problems such as accuracy and non-repeatability to overcome to apply SLM to production practice. The high-precision monitoring and degradation feedback technology of SLM equipment is the future development direction. The real-time monitoring machine can repair itself and avoid the tedious detection in the post-processing stage. The researchers mainly monitor the quality of the forming process by molten pool signal, temperature signal, sound signal, and scanning track. The forming process is monitored using coaxial detection or paraxial detection through a high-speed camera, pyrometer, and other equipment. Robot-assisted bonnet polishing systems (RABPSs) have been widely studied in order to expand the application of bonnet polishing technology. Currently, low working stiffness is one of the most important problems that needs to be solved for RABPSs. To address this issue, an evaluation method for the working stiffness of RABPSs should be studied. Therefore, a theoretical and experimental study is presented in this paper. First, the static stiffness model of the RABPS was built based on the Denavit?Hartenberg (D?H) method and the compliance matrix. Subsequently, the force characteristics of the RABPS during the bonnet polishing process were analyzed. Next, by combining the above static stiffness model and the force analysis results, a new index, that is, the normal stiffness coefficient (NSC), was proposed to evaluate the working stiffness of the RABPS. Finally, the performance of the NSC of the RABPS was verified by simulation and experiment. Both results show that the NSC has higher accuracy than other commonly used indexes when it is used to describe the working stiffness of RABPSs. This research provides an important theoretical foundation for the optimization of the working stiffness of RABPSs for future studies.

To improve the performance of a hydrostatic bearing, a method of constructing micro-textures on the inner surface of a bearing is proposed to increase the bearing capacity and reduce the friction coefficient. In this paper, the composite texture is innovatively proposed, and the theoretical models of hydrostatic radial bearings under four situations including non-texture, square, spherical, and composite textures are established. The effect of texture shapes and texture parameters on bearing performance is numerically studied and the influence level of various factors on bearing performance is evaluated innovatively using the cross-correlation analysis. The results show that the presence of a micro-texture can improve the bearing capacity and reduce the friction coefficient of the bearing compared with smooth surface bearings; the composite micro-texture increases the bearing capacity by about 9.5%, the stiffness increases by about 8.2%, and the friction coefficient is reduced by about 10.5%; there is an optimal micro-texture unit area ratio (between 30% and 40%) making the bearing capacity largest and the friction coefficient smallest; finally, the influence level of various factors on the bearing performance is evaluated. The relative depth of the texture has the greatest influence on it, followed by the number of textures, and finally the unit area ratio. The above results will provide a theoretical basis for the design of hydrostatic bearings with micro-textures.

针对空气静压主轴气膜刚度不高,在工作中易受自身及外部激励的影响,从而产生不平衡振动的现象,设计了一种基于压电陶瓷的可控空气静压径向轴承,研究了压电陶瓷的相关特性.结合气体主轴建立了轴承-转子-压电陶瓷的耦合模型,并在此基础上建立了基于扩张观测器的滑模控制器,同时将压电陶瓷综合控制器串联其中,在限制条件内利用控制器使压电陶瓷挤压气膜为主轴提供有效的主动控制力,从而抑制空气静压主轴的振动.研究结果表明,利用压电陶瓷对空气静压主轴系统的振动进行抑制取得了良好的效果,对于主要控制点可使其振动位移减小99.17%,对于次要控制点均有不同程度的减振效果,最多可减少94.36%.

摘要 :
机床加工精度的影响因素中,静压主轴系统的动态特性引起的振动是加工表面波纹度产生的重要因素。基于主轴振动信息建立波纹度的生成模型,求解得到6个影响因素的灵敏度中径向轴承的位置是影响表面波纹度的主要因素。建立评价体系,通过相关法来评估生成模型与实际加工表面波纹结果之间的关系,得到了高于0.45的相关系数。最后利用功率谱密度提取主轴系统的频谱特性,发现主轴振动是影响加工精度的主要因素。

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to propose the pressure fluctuation to further evaluate and predict the dynamic and static characteristics of the aerostatic slider and improve the calculation accuracy of the aerostatic slider. Design/methodology/approach - First-order velocity slip is introduced into the traditional gas-film fluid equation, and the numerical analysis method is used to solve the static performance of the aerostatic slider. The finite element analysis method is used to solve its dynamic characteristics. Findings - It can be concluded from the simulation and experimental results that the model considering the velocity slip in the gas film flow is more accurate. The errors between the modal detection results and the vibration detection results (0.8%-5.8%) under speed slip are smaller than the traditional cases (23.7%-210%), which also verifies the correctness of the above conclusions. Originality/value - In this paper, the method of simulation and experiment is used to prove that the first-order velocity slip model is more suitable to predict the dynamic response of the aerostatic slider than the condition without slip.
