摘要 :
This study aimed to improve the seismic performance of traditional thermal power plant structures. Taking a certain thermal power plant as the research object, a simplified three-floor equivalent model was designed, aiming to achieve similar fundamental periods and considering the floor height and mass distribution. A coal bunker was used as the mass unit in the tuned mass damper (TMD) design. The optimal TMD design parameters for the two orthogonal directions of the structure were determined using the steady-state complex modal decomposition method and fixed-point theory. Moreover, a velocity-dependent and adjustable damping electromagnetic damping device were designed as the damping unit in the TMD. Shaking table tests were conducted in two orthogonal directions to investigate the control effects in the interstory drift angle, floor acceleration, and top-floor displacement response, thus verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the TMD scheme. The effectiveness of the vibration control under the abovementioned optimal TMD design scheme was further validated through finite element simulations of the original thermal power plant structure. This study demonstrates that due to the process requirements of thermal power plant structures, the coal hunker has a massive weight and is positioned at a high location. Based on this characteristic, directly using coal bunkers as mass units for the TMD with the optimal parameter design can significantly reduce the various seismic responses, achieving a 25 % to 45 % seismic reduction rate.

To address the limitations of traditional complete quadratic combination (CQC) modal combination coefficients in calculating ground motions with narrow bandwidth and long periods, a revised methodology is proposed. The new CQC modal combination coefficients are formulated by considering the spectral characteristics of strong ground motion, taking the modified Kanai-Tajimi spectrum model as a prerequisite, and applying random vibration theory. Simultaneously, a random phase simple harmonic process model for a single harmonic component is established, and corresponding combination coefficients are provided. The necessity and rationality of considering the spectral characteristics of strong ground motion are demonstrated from three perspectives: differences in power spectral models, variations in combination coefficients, and the inherent combination mechanism. As an illustrative example, the layer shear model is analyzed and compared with the results of the structure ' s modal combination taking different combination coefficients. This comparison is conducted under the influence of long-period simple harmonic waves, four natural seismic waves in the basin, and the 50 natural ground motions suggested by ATC-63, respectively. The results indicate that the modal combination coefficients developed by considering the spectral characteristics of strong ground motions are more reasonable and can serve as a viable replacement for traditional CQC combination rules. This is especially advantageous when dealing with ground motion inputs characterized by narrow bandwidth and long periods, providing significant benefits in such scenarios.

本发明涉及一种基于半周摩擦阻尼器的液压放大装置,属于振动控制技术领域。包括大拉板、阻尼器连接件、半周摩擦阻尼器、齿条连接件、鱼眼球铰、短销轴、长销轴、变向杠杆、活塞杆、上桶固定件、上桶承接件、上桶、侧板、下板、导管、反力架盖板、反力架竖板、下桶、底托、压板、摩擦板、螺纹盖、矩形刹车片、氟橡胶片、活塞头、活塞、液压油;当放大装置处于加载时,半周摩擦阻尼器无出力,变向杠杆、液压放大部分不发挥作用,摩擦板在构件自重作用下进行耗能;当放大装置处于卸载时,半周摩擦阻尼器产生阻尼力,阻尼力经过变向杠杆的一次放大,又经过上桶、下桶中液压的二次放大转化为摩擦板处的正压力,加之摩擦板运动而产生摩擦力。

This paper proposes a novel seismic resilient knee braced frame (KBF) and focuses on seismic performance evaluation and design. In this novel system, the shape memory alloy (SMA) knee braces (KBs) and replaceable energy-dissipating (RED) connections are the key components. The SMA KBs mainly provide self-centering ca-pacity, and the RED connections mainly offer energy-dissipating capacity. To reveal the seismic performance characteristics, the 3-and 6-story KBFs are selected as the example structures. The proposed systems are designed by a modified performance-based plastic design method, which distributes the seismic energy to the SMA KBs and the RED connections by defining an energy distribution factor p. In what followed, nonlinear static and nonlinear time history analysis are conducted. It indicates that these systems could well meet the prescribed performance targets, although they are designed using different p values. In current work, the potentially optimal p value is found to be 0.1, which represents the case where 10% of seismic energy is allocated to the SMA KBs. The advantages of the novel KBF are twofold: 1) the consumption of SMA material is significantly reduced, because the RED connections are the major damping source; 2) the damaged RED connections can be conve-niently repaired or replaced, because the frames could nearly return to original position, owing to the SMA KBs.

本发明的无水泥渣土固化剂及其制备方法和应用属于建筑材料技术领域,本发明采用磷酸盐类酸性激发原料对硅铝质含量高的工矿业副产物进行活性激发,在磷酸盐类酸性激发原料的作用下可使工矿业副产物中硅铝质矿物的快速溶解,并与酸性激发原料中磷酸类物质的正磷酸根发生聚合反应,形成具有三维网状的结构基体。渣土中活性矿物参与基体网络构建,实现渣土固化。有机固化组分中的水性环氧树脂可与渣土进行胶结,并在固化促进剂的作用下实现渣土的快速固化。该固化剂主要原料为工矿业副产物,而且不需要掺杂水泥和粉煤灰,可以有效控制成本。利用该固化剂配制的浆体可以快速固化,且硬化渣土浆体的早期3天强度高,7天和28天无侧限抗压强度均较优。

为研究钢框架结构阻尼支座楼梯的抗震性能,设计并制作缩尺比例为1∶2的阻尼支座楼梯和固定支座楼梯试验模型,在恒定轴力作用下对其分别进行拟静力试验。试验中研究了不同楼梯的破坏形态、滞回性能、耗能性能、变形能力等,分析了不同楼梯的工作机理。试验结果表明:阻尼支座楼梯通过阻尼支座耗能,改变了楼梯的传力途径和内力分布,而固定支座楼梯通过构件自身损伤耗能,破坏阶段固定支座楼梯的平台板、斜梯梁节点和梯梁等变形较大,框架梁屈曲严重导致不能继续加载;两种楼梯的滞回曲线都较为饱满,阻尼支座楼梯加载初期刚度较小,后期其刚度达到甚至超过固定支座楼梯,有较好的承载能力;阻尼支座水平方向滑动位移较大,有利于阻尼器发挥作用...
