Al-Cu alloys show great potential for aerospace applications because of their remarkable advantages, and wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) provides a way to print large-scale metal structures. However, the high crack susceptibility is a limiting factor for WAAM of Al-Cu alloy parts. In this study, the primary mechanism of crack formation, including the grain structure, Cu segregation, and eutectic structure transition, of an as -deposited WAAM Al-Cu alloy were investigated. The results showed that macrocracks with lengths of approxi-mately 6-9 cm and depths of 5.6-7 mm occurred in the bottom of the part. The cracks in the WAAM part of the Al-Cu alloy were dominated by liquation cracks, which preferentially formed at high-angle grain boundaries (GBs) with GB angles in the range 30 degrees -60 degrees. Moreover, the discontinuous normal eutectics transform to continuous-strip divorced eutectics in the GBs. This is clear evidence for the temperature of the GB liquid in the partially melting zone exceeding the eutectic temperature (548 degrees C) during the subsequent re-heating process. An almost constant amount of solute segregation was calculated by Scheil solidification models. The microstructure showed the fine to coarse grain transformation in a deposited layer, resulting in lower GB density toward the inner-layer zone. Thus, the conditions that are needed for liquation cracking are low GB density to generate a wide eutectic liquid film and high intergranular strain in the partially melting zone. This means to liquation cracking is more prefer to nucleated in comparison with solidification cracking.

The structure of dissimilar Mg alloys has broad applications in aerospace, transportation, and other fields, but welding defects in conventional welding of dissimilar Mg alloys greatly reduced the performance. This research focused on enhancing the mechanical properties of dissimilar AZ61-AZ31 Mg alloys by adding Cu interlayer during pulse current assisted friction stir welding. The overall hardness was increased by 33%; the tensile strength was significantly improved, an increase of 102 and 90.53% for AZ61 and AZ31, respectively. The grains were refined with increasing pulse current from 100 to 400 A; the grain orientations were more random; the distribution range of Cu interlayer increased and became more uniform; the strengthening phases (MgCu2 and Al2Cu) were dispersed. The pulse current has improved fluidity of material; pulse current has provided enough energy for dynamic recrystallization and a temperature condition for precipitation of strengthening phases with a uniform distribution. Therefore, the enhanced mechanical properties were attributable to fine grain strengthening, precipitation strengthening, and uniform distribution of Cu interlayer.

Vertical material flow and microstructure evolution were investigated by the material tracing technology during friction stir lap welding of 6061-T6 aluminium alloys from a new perspective: various angles of keyhole obtained by emergency stop technique. First, lamellar grains were transformed into equiaxed subgrains, and texture was transitioned from 110//shear direction fibre texture to strong B/(B) over bar components when materials flowed from the advancing side to the leading side. Then subgrains grew into recrystallised grains at the retreating side. After that the downward material flow at the trailing side induced plastic deformation, resulting in many subgrains with strong A/(A) over bar texture components. Finally, grains grew up and retained with strong A/A components in the stir zone.

To overcome the strength-ductility trade-off dilemma, the microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy was controlled by adding TiN nanoparticles and heat treatment successively. Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy deposition with both high strength and high elongation was achieved. The tensile strength, elongation, and microhardness were increased by 122.3%, 173.9%, 86.1%, and 82.5%, respectively. The columnar grains were completely transformed into equiaxed grains with the addition of TiN particles and the grain size was reduced by 92.9%. The elongation increase was mainly because of the grain refinement, and the distribution fluctuation of the properties decreased. After T6 heat treatment, the elongation remained high because the grain size changed negligibly. Precipitation strengthening is the main mechanism for the improved tensile strength and hardness.

针对6061-T6铝合金机器人搅拌摩擦焊(RFSW)展开研究,首先在库卡机器人的末端和搅拌摩擦焊电主轴之间安装六维力传感器,搭建六维力传感器数据采集系统。其次采用不同的工艺参数对5 mm 6061-T6铝合金进行焊接,在焊接过程中实时监测搅拌头受到的轴向力和前进抗力,焊后对焊缝横截面进行观察与分析,对焊缝横截面进行拉伸测试和硬度测量,分析轴向力和前进抗力对焊缝微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:搅拌头转速在800~3400 r/min之间,搅拌头转速对焊缝力学性能影响较小;焊接速度在60~360mm/min之间,焊缝力学性能良好。焊接过程中搅拌针下压阶段轴向力最大,达到约5000N,焊接阶段稳...

In the laser pulse-assisted metal transfer process, the recoil force generated at the laser incident point replaced the electromagnetic force. A stable one droplet per pulse (ODPP) short-circuiting or spray transfer process obtained at a relatively low current. The morphology of the solid-liquid interface changes after the laser incident, and there is a relatively complicated force-heat interaction phenomenon/process. Firstly, the evaporation mass of the droplet surface after laser irradiation was measured, and the evaporation power consumption of the laser to the droplet was calculated. According to the melting increment of the welding wire, the melting power consumption of the pulse laser on the welding wire was calculated. The dynamic change process of metal plume was observed by a high-speed camera. According to the experimental calculation, the initial velocity of droplet falling off the welding wire was measured, and the horizontal and vertical impact force of the pulsed laser on the droplet was obtained. The total evaporation recoil force was 7.81 x 10-2 N. Secondly, the temperature changes of characteristic points around the molten pool under different laser process parameters were measured. With the increase of laser pulse frequency/laser power, although the heat input of the base metal gradually increased, the measured temperature rise of the characteristic points was less than the temperature of the laser-arc hybrid process. The deposition rate of dual-pulse laser-assisted GMA welding at 75 Hz is about 1.4 times that of traditional MIG welding.

采用载流搅拌摩擦焊方法对6 mm厚AA2219铝合金板进行了不同脉冲电流大小的对接焊实验,研究焊接接头显微组织形貌和力学性能,结合断口宏观形貌及不同区域的硬度分布趋势,揭示电流对接头性能的影响。结果表明:随着电流增加,热输入增高,晶粒动态再结晶区域增多,接头抗拉强度和断后伸长率提升,拉伸试样断裂均发生在前进侧搅拌区和热机影响区的交界处。通过研究断口微观结构发现,载流接头更佳,增强了接头的韧性断裂。对焊接接头横截面硬度进行研究,其硬度变化趋势呈现"V"分布,焊核区硬度提高。焊缝中不同区域受搅拌针作用和热量分布情况不同,导致焊缝中析出相分布不同,影响了接头硬度,改善了焊接接头力学性能。

摘要 :
针对工业系统中机械连接的控制需求,设计一种以电磁体和永磁体间的斥力为解锁分离力,永磁体对电磁体铁芯的磁力作为预紧力的电磁永磁互调解锁装置。首先用磁路分析法分析电磁力与永磁力之间的互调原理,然后利用仿真软件分析轭铁关键结构参数对解锁分离力的影响,最后依据研究结论制备了尺寸为45mm×40 mm×40 mm的样机,证明了该装置具有结构简单、功耗低、重量轻、体积小、性能可靠等优点,同时还具有可调控的锁定力、解锁力和分离距离,在机械控制领域中具有很大的应用前景。

采用基于TIG三丝电弧增材制造系统,通过提前对增材构件进行成分设计,选择增材目标成分为7050铝合金,确定了三丝的送丝速率。系统探究了平均脉冲电流与沉积速度在3 mm厚5A06薄板下单层单道成形的影响规律,并找到了成形较好的工艺区间。在该工艺区间内进一步探究了不同脉冲电流与沉积速度对多层单道成形的影响规律。结果表明,随着脉冲电流逐渐增加,沉积构件宽度随之增加,层高减小;而随着沉积速度逐渐增加,沉积构件宽度与层高都随之减小。
