摘要 :
Nowadays, many researches have considerable attention to the nonlinear q-difference equations boundary value problems as important and useful tool for modeling of different phenomena in various research fields. In this work, we investigate a class of q-difference equations boundary value problems with integral boundary conditions with p-Laplacian on infinite intervals. By applying the Avery-Peterson fixed point theorem in a cone, we establish the existence of three positive solutions for the above boundary value problem. Finally, the main results is illustrated with the aid of an example.

In high dimension, the bifurcation theory of periodic orbits of nonlinear dynamics systems are difficult to establish in general. In this paper, by performing the curvilinear coordinate frame and constructing a Poincare map, we obtain some sufficient conditions of the bifurcation of periodic solutions of some 2n-dimensional systems for the unperturbed system in two cases: one is a decoupled n-degree-of-freedom nonlinear Hamiltonian system and the other has an isolated invariant torus. We use a new method and study new types of systems compared with the existing results. As an application we study the bifurcation and number of periodic solutions of an ice covered suspension system. Under a certain parametrical condition, the number of periodic solutions of this system can be 2 or 1 with the variation of parameter p(2).

In this paper, the bifurcation of periodic solutions for a four-dimensional cubic nonlinear dynamic system with a center singular point in resonance 1:1 and its application are investigated. The existence of periodic solutions bifurcating from the resonant center is obtained by introducing variables transformation and defining Poincare map. The result is applied to investigate the periodic motions of a two-degree-of-freedom composite laminated circular cylindrical shell. The existence of periodic solutions and the phase portraits under a group of parameter condition are obtained by numerical simulations, which verify the theoretical results.

摘要 :
Tourism is one of the largest and fastest developing industries in the world. As most protected areas have the purpose of both nature conservation and providing recreational opportunities, national parks and a variety of protected areas have become popular destinations for tourists worldwide. This paper critiques the appropriateness of current tourism developments of iconic National Parks in Australia and South Africa. The methods applied to this study include (a) analyzing case studies on different national parks to understand the management situation, (b) criticize existing tourism developments in Australia and South Africa with evidence, using conceptual model for situation analysis and suggestions for inure rational management plans, and (c) comparing and contrasting Australia with South Africa. The theoretical method of ecological micro-landscapes is also presented to the study of protection and management of national parks and protected areas. The study could become a useful guide for the improvements on present protected area governance practices.

Normal form theory is a powerful tool for local bifurcation analysis of nonlinear dynamical systems. In this paper, we present the hypernormal form for a class of four-dimensional nonlinear smooth map under the near identity formal transformation, and derive the explicit formulas for the normal form coefficients associated with the original smooth map and the identity formal transformation.

The research on existence, bifurcation, and number of periodic solutions is closely related to Hilbert's 16th problem. The main goal of this chapter is to investigate the nonlinear dynamic response and periodic vibration characteristic of a simply supported concave hexagonal honeycomb sandwich plate with negative Poisson's ratio. The plate is subjected to its in-plane and transverse excitation. The curvilinear coordinate frame, Poincare map, and improved Melnikov function are proposed to detect the existence and number of the periodic solutions. The theoretical analyses indicate the existence of periodic orbits and can guarantee at most four periodic orbits under certain conditions. Numerical simulations are performed to verify the theoretical results. The relative positons as well as the vibration characteristics can also be clearly found from the phase portraits. The periodic motion for the equation is closely related to the amplitude modulated periodic vibrations of the plate. The results will provide theoretical guidance to nonlinear vibration control for the metamaterial honeycomb sandwich structures.

In this paper, we study the bifurcation of periodic solutions for a four-dimensional deployable circular mesh antenna system. The tools for proving these results are the averaging theory and Brouwer degree theory. Based on constructing displacement maps, we study the bifurcation of the periodic solutions of linear center, and to discuss the maximum number of periodic solutions in certain parameter control conditions. The results in this paper are helpful to the study of nonlinear dynamic characteristics and vibration control of deployable circular mesh antenna model. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The cationic exchange performances of alkali, alkaline earth metals, and other cations with clinoptilolite (CP) were investigated, in which, the dried CP was firstly converted into (Na and K)-exchanged CP and finally ammonium-exchanged CP via ammonization, and then, various cations were selected to further exchange with NH4+-CP at different times, initial concentrations and temperatures. The exchange kinetics and thermodynamic parameters were calculated, and the results demonstrated that the ion exchange behaviors were mainly thermodynamic-controlled, and the positive values of enthalpy change indicated the endothermic process. The adsorption kinetics model and diffusion model fitting were employed to evaluate their adsorption mechanism, suggesting the pseudo-second-order kinetics and intra-particle diffusion. Meanwhile, the phyico-chemical properties of before and after ion-exchanged CPs were obtained via XRD, N2 sorption isotherms, SEM and EDS, FT-IR spectra, TG-DSC profiles. The results showed that the structural parameters were strongly dependent on the exchanged cationic valence and their radii, while their textural parameters were remained intact. Finally, their CH4 and N2 adsorption capacity and selectivity were preliminary explored, showing promising adsorbents for N2 - CH4 separation. These investigates are useful in the development of more general rules to understand deeply the ion-exchanged principles of CP, and thereafter better design of new adsorbents widely employed in gas separation. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

In this paper, we focus on the two-coupled-oscillator model in optics chiral molecular medium. We perform scale transformations for variables and study the existence of periodic solutions in detail for the two-coupled-oscillator system. We obtain the Melnikov function by establishing the curvilinear coordinate transformation and constructing a Poincaré map. Then the existence of periodic solutions of this oscillator system is analyzed when unperturbed system is Hamiltonian system. We apply them to discuss the upper bound of periodic solutions of this oscillator system and give the configuration of the phase diagram by numerical simulation. It has great theoretical significance to study the non-planar motion of the two-coupled-oscillator system for analyzing dynamic characteristics in optics chiral molecular medium. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
