摘要 :
针对重大基础设施安全运行需要,本文进行了金属板结构疲劳损伤非线性兰姆波检测方法研究.基于兰姆波二次谐波产生条件,确定了产生二次谐波积累增长效应的两种兰姆波模态及对应的激励频率.通过有限元仿真,研究了材料性能改变对兰姆波非线性效应的影响,证明了二倍频兰姆波非线性系数对材料性能退化表征的有效性.在此基础上,开展了金属板结构疲劳损伤非线性兰姆波检测实验研究.将极性反转方法应用于疲劳试件检测实验中,有效提高了检测信号中二倍频兰姆波的幅值和信噪比.实验结果表明,两种兰姆波模态对的二次谐波非线性系数均随疲劳损伤增加呈线性增长趋势,但基频S(0,2)模态和二倍频S(0,4)模态对对疲劳损伤检测的灵敏度更高,更适合金属板结构疲劳损伤检测.

Aiming at quantitative identification of defects in structures, the scattering characteristics of defects in structures are studied. The scattering simulation model of elliptic defect is established and the effect of defect deflection angle and size on the de-correlation of scattering signal is studied. The results show that the de-correlation coefficient matrix of ultrasonic signal has a great correlation with the defect geometry state (such as size and angle), but it is not a simple linear correlation. On this basis, combining the parametric finite element analysis and Bayesian theory, a defect inversion method based on ultrasonic scattering signal de-correlation analysis is developed, and the numerical simulation and detection experiments of defect inversion are carried out. The results show that the developed defect inversion method can well realize the inversion of the position and size of defect in aluminum block and plate. The inversion error of the open defect size (depth) of the aluminum block is about 0.2 times of the excitation wavelength, and the position error is about 0.6 times of the excitation wavelength. The inversion error of the circular defect size of aluminum plate is about 0.04 times of the excitation wavelength, and the position error is about 0.4 times of the excitation wavelength. The research work has made a beneficial exploration for the quantitative identification and evaluation of defects in structures. © 2021 Acta Acustica.

针对传统全矩阵数据采集数据量大、采样时长随阵元个数增加的问题,提出了一种基于压缩感知的超声阵列全矩阵数据重构方法.根据多阵元等幅同步有限次激励下采集的超声信号与全矩阵数据的压缩采样关系,利用多阵元等幅同步有限次激励下采集到的少量超声信号进行超声阵列全矩阵数据重构,并将重构数据用于缺陷的全聚焦成像.基于提出的数据压缩采集模式,开展了块状试件中缺陷超声相控阵检测实验,并分析了稀疏变换基、激励阵元个数、激励次数等因素对检测结果的影响规律.实验结果表明,提出的方法可以在75%压缩率下实现超声全矩阵数据的重构,重构数据与实际全矩阵数据的均方根误差约为6%,可用于缺陷的全聚焦成像.

For the classical nonlinear research of low-order modes of Lamb waves, this paper firstly introduces the classical nonlinearity derived from the intrinsic nonlinear induced low-order Lamb waves (S0 and A0 modes). Theoretical and numerical calculations are studied in two aspects. The influence of nonlinear effects on the nonlinear effects of classical nonlinear low-order Lamb waves and the cumulative growth effect are analyzed by finite element simulation. The results show that the nonlinear effect produced by the superelastic material model is greater than the geometric nonlinearity, and the linear elastic material model does not produce nonlinear effects. In addition, as the third-order elasticity increases in the material, the amplitude of the second harmonic gradually increases. The second harmonic generated by the A0 mode with phase velocity mismatch is the S0 mode. It can be seen that the group velocity matching is not a necessary condition for generating the second harmonic. Since the phase velocity matching is not satisfied, there is no cumulative growth effect; The higher the S0 mode phase velocity matching degree, the more obvious the cumulative growth effect, and the second harmonic is the S0 mode. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Lamb waves are widely used in the localization and quantification of structural damage for plate-type structure. The propagation velocity and dispersion characteristics of Lamb waves are very important calculation parameters. The method to estimate the dispersion curves of Lamb waves is proposed based on K-means clustering algorithm. Three piezoelectric transducers with different center frequencies experimentally transmit the Lamb wave signals, and laser vibrometer is used to receive signals at different intervals in the direction of wave propagation. The phase velocity of lamb waves is estimated by many pairs of adjacent signals peaks. Use Euclidean distance as the index of data evaluation to find the data center, which is the phase velocity to be solved. And the dispersion curves are further estimated and inverted. The proposed method has been experimentally verified in isotropic-aluminum plate. The relative error of the actual phase velocity of lamb waves compared with all measured clustering centers is less than 1%, and the overall average relative error is less than 0.4%.

Premature fracture of aluminum alloy sheet in blanking process will seriously reduce the forming quality and production efficiency of blanking parts. The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of using acoustic emission (AE) technique to detect the crack propagation behavior of metal sheet during blanking. AE analysis results provide effective information about plastic deformation and damage evolution. However, this technique cannot determine the depth of internal damage and the state of crack propagation. The displacement field measured by digital image correlation (DIC) method makes it possible to monitor the evolution of strain field and crack initiation during deformation. Therefore, a coupled real-time tracking method of AE and DIC is proposed to measure the deformation and damage evolution process that occur in blanking sheet. Research findings suggest that this method provides a complete and accurate description for the diverse damage evolution process of blanking aluminum alloy sheet. AE is a promising technique used to characterize and quantify the crack propagation process of metallic sheets in blanking.

针对结构中缺陷定量识别问题,建立了椭圆缺陷超声散射仿真模型,研究了缺陷偏转角度及尺寸对散射信号去相关特性的影响.结果表明,超声信号去相关系数矩阵与缺陷几何状态(如尺寸及角度)存在很大关联性,但并非线性相关.结合参数化有限元分析与贝叶斯理论,发展了一种基于超声散射信号去相关分析的缺陷反演方法,开展了缺陷反演数值仿真及检测实验.结果表明,发展的缺陷反演方法可以很好实现铝块与铝板缺陷位置及尺寸反演.其中铝块开口缺陷尺寸(深度)反演误差约为激励波长0.2倍,位置误差约为激励波长0.6倍;铝板圆形缺陷尺寸反演误差约为激励波长0.04倍,位置误差约为激励波长0.4倍.研究工作为结构中缺陷定量识别与评价做了有益探索.

针对复合绝缘子安全运行需要,进行复合绝缘子脱粘缺陷相邻电容无损检测方法研究.通过数值仿真和实验,研究了相邻电容传感技术对多层介电结构脱粘缺陷检测的可行性及电极宽度和间距对相邻电容传感器检测能力的影响.结果表明,相邻电容传感技术可用于多层介电结构界面脱粘缺陷检测,且电极宽度和电极间距对其检测性能有影响,通过优选电极参数可以提高相邻电容检测技术的检测效率和分辨率.该研究工作为复合绝缘子芯棒脱粘检测提供了可行的技术方案.
