The design and fabrication of the micro-nanostructures on materials surface is a challenging technology which can modulate and control the selective broadband spectra radiation, and the light-matter interaction mechanism behind have become the main research direction of filters, absorbers, heat radiators and other devices. Due to its high carrier mobility and excellent optical properties, graphene combined with microstructure, is likely to make great contributions to the field of spectral manipulation. In this paper, the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is used to simulate the combination of graphene and microstructure. Using graphene to assist silicon, copper and nickel materials with different structures by exploring their spectral selectivity manipulation. Regarding the presence or absence of graphene, we designed grating structure model and pore array structure model for these three materials respectively, and studied the change of reflection spectrum by changing the micro-nanostructures parameters of the model. It was found that when the graphene and the substrate lattice were properly matched, the absorption effect of grating structures coated with graphene was stronger than that of grating structures without graphene when the incident light wavelength in the range of 300 nm-800 nm. At the same time, it is confirmed that the absorption effect of the grating structure is better than that of the hole array structure under the same incident light wavelength.

Cancer continues to be the most dangerous disease around the world; it causes electrolyte imbalance as well as metabolic changes. There is a complicated relationship between electrolyte disorder and cancer. Cancer patients commonly pass with abnormalities in serum electrolyte levels such as hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, hyponatremia, and hypercalcemia. So, these electrolyte imbalances indicate the existence of paraneoplastic processes and help come to a more informed prognosis. Hypokalemia is defined as a serum potassium concentration below 3.5 mmol/L and it is the second common electrolyte imbalance seen in patients with malignant diseases. In this paper, the contribution of serum potassium concentration to tumor progression was studied by applying a promising and non-invasive technique called laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). It was found that there is a correlation between hypokalemia and the colorectal cancer problem. Also, significant serum potassium concentration differences were detected among two different stages of the same cancer and also between two groups of the same stage of a cancer held in common but one of them suffers from hypercalcemia. In addition, the optimum conditions of LIBS setup were arranged such that it will be suitable to work with serum samples on glass substrate.

Natural structural colors inspire people to obtain the technology of spectral characteristics by designing and preparing micro-nano structures on the material's surface. In this paper, the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method is used to simulate the spectral selectivity of micro-nano grating on an Au surface, and the spectral response characteristics of different physical parameters to the incident light are obtained. The results show that, when the grating depth is shallow, the absorption peaks of TM polarized incident light on the material surface take on redshifts with the increase in the grating period. Meanwhile, when the depth-width ratio of the grating structure is high, the absorption peak appears in the reflection spectrum and presents a linear red shift with the increase in the grating period after the linearly polarized light TE wave incident on the surface of the micro-nano structure. At the same time, the wavelength of the absorption peak of the reflection spectrum and the grating period take on one-to-one correspondence relations, and when the TM polarized light is incident, the reflection spectrum exhibits obvious selective absorption characteristic peaks at certain grating periods (for example, when the period is 0.4 mu m, there are three absorption peaks at the wavelengths of 0.7, 0.95, and 1.55 mu m). These simulation results can provide a good theoretical basis for the preparation of micro-nano structures with spectral regulation function in the practical application.

本发明公开了一种超快激光成丝对大气组分的远程实时探测装置,包括激光光源,传输光路系统,光电信号采集与发射系统和光电信号接收与光谱分析系统。激光光源产生飞秒脉冲激光,经过传输光路系统聚焦之后,脉冲光束由于束腰处能量密度高于空气分子电离阈值,空气分子电离后电子回到母核发出荧光,利用无人机携带荧光高光谱相机对激光成丝位置光谱数据进行采集并实时传回光电信号接收与光谱分析系统,光电信号接收与光谱分析系统利用不同空气分子电离荧光光谱信号的差异实时计算并显示空气组分与浓度,由此实现超快激光成丝对大气组分的远程实时探测。

设计了一种测量电容耦合等离子体电子密度时间演化的YAG激光汤姆孙散射系统。电容耦合等离子体是在真空条件下由300W射频电源供电的板极装置中产生的。采用最大转换增益5.0×105 V/W的硅雪崩光电二极管(APD)测量波长范围为200~1000nm的Nd∶YAG激光汤姆孙散射信号。为了提高汤姆孙散射信号强度,在等离子体发生器两侧设置一个光学振荡腔,用于加长驱动激光与等离子体地接触长度和放大汤姆孙散射信号,提高信号光的总发射强度。此外,在APD前端还设置了信号采集系统和多级滤波系统,以提高信噪比。最后,依据汤姆孙散射原理设计计算等离子体电子密度的反演算法,并将计算结果与朗缪尔探针的测量结果进行了对...

拓扑半金属磷化钼(MoP)同时具有三重和二重简并费米子.为了研究其费米面以上的激发态超快动力学特性,对其进行了时间分辨超快泵浦-探测实验.获得了MoP的准粒子动力学,包含来源于电子-声子散射的快分量,寿命为0.3 ps,以及来源于声子-声子散射的慢分量,寿命为150 ps.温度依赖的研究表明,快分量和慢分量的弛豫寿命均随着温度的增加产生微小增大.同时还激发并探测到一支相干态声学支声子,其由热应力引起,频率为0.033 THz且不随温度而改变.对于MoP激发态准粒子超快动力学以及相干态声子的研究为理解该体系总体的激发态超快动力学特性以及电子-声子相互作用对温度的依赖提供了有益的实验依据.

本发明公开了超快时间分辨瞬态反射光、透射光及相关拉曼谱成像系统,包括飞秒激光光源、泵浦探测分束单元、泵浦光光路、探测光光路、信息收集光路和处理单元;本发明通过光谱仪或拉曼光谱仪对所述样品的分子动力学研究进行更为细致的分析,因现有装置对内在动力学过程的分析基本是平均作用结果,而通过光谱仪或拉曼光谱仪可以使得到的信息更加细致,精确到各个能带的影响作用;通过加装半波片和偏振片不仅可以将数据的准确定提高(因试验过程中探测光反射光较弱,而逸散的泵浦光较强,没经过偏振方向筛选,噪音会覆盖信号),还可以对各向异性的材料进行更为全面的实验分析。

We use time-resolved optical reflectivity with femtosecond resolution to study the ultrafast dynamics of photoexcited carriers in bulk GaAs. We observe an emergence of short-lived excitons at room temperature right after photoexcitation, in terms of a sharp dip and sub-ps lifetime in the transient reflectivity changes, as long as the pump fluence increases above a critical value F c. Our findings help understand ultrafast physics in this material.

The relation between pseudogap (PG) and superconducting (SC) gap, whether PG is a precursor of SC or they coexist or compete, is a long-standing controversy in cuprate high-temperature supercondutors. Here, we report ultrafast time-resolved optical reflectivity investigation of the dynamic densities and relaxations of PG and SC quasiparticles (QPs) in the underdoped Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta (T-c = 82 K) single crystals. We find evidence of two distinct PG components in the positive reflectivity changes in the PG state, characterized by relaxation timescales of tau(fast) approximate to 0.2 ps and tau(slow) approximate to 2 ps with abrupt changes in both amplitudes A(fast) and A(slow) at the PG-opening temperature T*. The former presents no obvious change at T-c and coexists with the SC QP. The latter's amplitude starts decreasing at the SC phase fluctuation T-p and vanishes at T(c )followed by a negative amplitude signifying the emergence of the SC QP, therefore suggesting a competition with superconductivity.

We employ the time resolved pump probe experiment to investigate the ultrafast dynamics in a topological semimetal molybdenum phosphide (MoP), which exhibits triple degenerate points in the momentum space. Two relaxation processes with the lifetime of 0.3 and 150 ps have been observed. We attribute the fast component to the electron-phonon scattering and the slow component to the phonon-phonon scattering, respectively. Temperature dependence investigation shows that both the lifetimes of the fast and slow components enhance slightly with increasing temperature. We also successfully generate and detect a thermal-stress-induced coherent acoustic phonon mode with a frequency of 0.033 THz, which does not vary with temperature. Our ultrafast spectroscopy investigation of the quasiparticle dynamics and the coherent phonon in MoP provides useful experimental facts and information about the overall excited state dynamics and the temperature dependence of electron-phonon coupling.
