汽车共享以其分时租赁、移动便捷支付等优势,逐渐成为可供城市居民选择的中短途自驾出行方式.为了探究汽车共享服务的存在对城市居民购车意愿的影响,以技术接受模型为理论框架,引入政策制度支持和汽车共享服务品质建立了可描述城市居民购车行为意愿的实证模型,并依据受访者居住城市类型及家庭有无购车进行分组,深入探讨各主观因素对城市居民购车意愿的影响方向和程度.实证结果表明:政策制度支持对接受态度的正向促进作用最强烈,接受态度、服务品质会对居民放弃或推迟购车的意愿产生显著促进影响,而感知有用性会产生抑制作用.其中,一线城市群体及未购车群体的购车意愿更容易受到汽车共享服务品质的影响,而非一线城市群体及已购车群体的购车意愿受汽车共享服务感知易用性和政策制度支持的影响更明显.

本文在自动驾驶环境下,考虑交通网络中自动驾驶车辆(autonomous vehicles,AVs)的载人和空载状态在路段上相互影响,研究AVs路径选择和停车选择的组合均衡问题.首先,提出自动驾驶环境下考虑停车需求的交通均衡条件,建立网络均衡模型,证明模型的等价性以及解的唯一性;其次,采用网络变换法,将原问题变换为经典的用户均衡问题,使用相继平均法求解模型;最后,通过算例分析停车场费用对均衡的影响.结果表明:随着中心停车场费用的降低,个人总出行成本总体呈下降趋势,且局部路段流量变化幅度大;当中心停车场费用在一定范围内降低时,该停车场的需求量显著上升,其余停车场需求量总体上均有不同程度的下降;当中心停车场费用超出这个范围时,停车费的降低不影响停车选择结果.

为缓解城市停车供需不平衡的困境,将居住区内空闲时段的车位共享的停车管理模式引起了广泛关注。然而,在共享车位管理策略的制定方面,对如何避免返回的车位提供者与社会停车用户之间的停车时空冲突问题却重视不足。在总结和考虑车位提供者不同的返回规律的前提下,以停车场内共享车位的共享率和管理者的收益最大化为目标,构建相应的居住区车位共享运营策略的数学优化模型。通过数值实验对构建的模型的有效性进行分析。结果表明:当管理者拒绝用户冲突时,若车位提供者的返回速率与社会停车用户离开速率相近时,变更共享策略时间逐渐趋于稳定;当管理者可接受一定概率用户冲突时,停车场内总车位数量越多,则越需要将变更共享策略时间提前。

With the help of accurate parking navigation systems, sharing vacant private parking spaces with public travelers may have the potential of reducing the number of cruising vehicles and contribute to traffic emission reduction. However, the quantitative effects of such a measure are still relatively unknown in traffic management. In this article, we firstly established an optimal allocation model of shared parking spaces, which is a pure integer linear programming model of maximizing the number of served public vehicles to avoid cruising for parking. Further, the parking space allocation model was expanded to an estimation model that quantifies the effect of emission reduction. Secondly, a branch-and-cut algorithm was introduced as the core algorithm to solve the proposed models. Finally, detailed sensitivity analysis, based on empirical data collected by electronic parking toll collections and questionnaire surveys in Beijing, China, evaluated the proposed model and algorithm. The results indicate that shared parking can not only effectively reduce the cruising time and the number of vehicles, but also has significantly a positive effect on emission reduction. This research is helpful to provide theoretical support for alleviating parking pressure and environmental problems.

The implementation of shared parking program can effectively increase the utilization rate of existing parking space resources. At present, shared parking program has not been widely practiced in China, and the prerequisite for this prospect to be implemented is whether the private parking space owner group can quickly and widely accept shared parking program. In this study, considering the differences in the economic development, urban planning, and parking pressure in cities of different levels, the theory of planned behavior and the benefit-risk perception model (C-TPB-BRA) are combined as the theoretical framework to explore the intention to share parking space from the perspective of the owners of private parking spaces in cities of different levels. Based on China's empirical data, structural equation models are built to verify the hypotheses proposed. Our results show that (a) the intention of private parking space owners in different levels of cities to participate in shared parking and the mechanism of action of the psychological factors are different, and not all psychological factors have a direct impact on the intention to share. In first-tier, second-tier, and third-tier cities, Subjective Norm (SN) and Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) indirectly affect Behavior Intention (BI) through Attitude (ATT), Perceived Benefit (PB), and Perceived Risk (PR). In the fourth-tier cities, SN and PBC directly affect BI. Except for BI, other psychological factors influence each other significantly; (b) the psychological factors affecting the intention to supply shared parking spaces in first-tier, second-tier, third-tier, and fourth-tier cities, respectively, are PB > ATT > PR, PB > PR > ATT, PB > PR > ATT, and PB > SN > PBC > ATT > PR. Our research results could help determine the internal factors that affect the intention of parking space suppliers and their mechanisms of action to participate in shared parking, and on that basis, our findings could also help governments and platform operators to promote shared parking development plans.

This paper aims to evaluate the accessibility of multimode transport facilities to suburban tourist attractions, under the background of detailed needs of tour transportation planning and urban development. Accessible, convenient, and sustainable tour transportation network is the prerequisite for tourists entering tourist attractions and completing activities. Based on multisource data and the GIS network analysis method, an accessibility model of suburban tourist attractions at community scale was constructed combining population with average shortest travel distances (ASTD) or the average minimum travel time (AMTT) by auto, public transport, and bike. Taking Beijing as an empirical analysis, the main conclusions are as follows. (1) The spatial distribution of suburban tourist attractions is fan-shaped with tourism resources mainly gathering on the north, west, and south of Beijing. (2) The ASTDs of tourist attractions and communities are 73.11 and 69.40 km, respectively. The average nonlinearity coefficient of ASTD of tourist attractions is divided into three categories including high, medium and low convenience, accounting for 0%, 78.57%, and 21.43%, respectively. (3) The accessibility of suburban tourist attractions has obvious spatial difference under multimode traffic network, showing an attenuation phenomenon of diffusion from the city center to suburbs. A total of 98.21% of them can be reached within 2 h by auto, while that number drops to 37.50% by public transport, and 32.14% by bike. The proposed model applicable for the accessibility of suburban tourist attractions provides reference for in-depth description and optimization of the actual traffic accessibility, as well as tourism transportation planning within the city region.

This paper presents the optimal dynamic investment allocation on intelligent transportation infrastructure construction and road maintenance with considering environmental costs. We propose a stochastic optimal control problem with uncertain traffic volume, aiming to minimize the expected system total cost, which consists of the fixed travel cost, the congestion delay cost, the congestion environmental cost and the road maintenance environmental cost. By adopting Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation, we propose the optimal dynamic strategy for investment allocation, which is a feedback control and determined by two observable variables, i.e., traffic volume and road network capacity. We also conduct a case study of Beijing, China, for the proposed dynamic strategy. The numerical results demonstrate that our strategy can lower the congestion delay and related environmental cost significantly, which is enough to remedy the possible increase in the road maintenance environmental cost. Comparing with traditional strategies, the new dynamic strategy provides closely 100% of the benefit cases. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd

The shared parking scheme improves the utilization rate of existing parking resources and contributes to the sustainable development of cities, but many private parking spaces that are not included in the shared parking scheme have a low utilization rate in China. In order to better promote the shared parking scheme, it is necessary to study the intention of the owners of private parking spaces to share their parking spaces. Therefore, this paper used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Benefit-Risk Analysis Model (BRA) as the combined theoretical framework (C-UTAUT-BRA). Hypothesis testing using the Multiple Indicators and Multiple Causes (MIMIC) model was performed using an empirical assessment of the shared parking scheme in China. The results show that (1) the sharing behavioral intention (BI) is directly affected by perceived benefit (PB), perceived risk (PR), social influence (SI), and facilitating condition (FC) and indirectly affected by effort expectancy (EE), of which the total effect of PB is the largest; (2) exogenous variables have an indirect effect on BI through other psychological latent variables; among them, different sociodemographic and economic characteristics have a significant influence on different latent variables, while the built environment has no significant effect on latent variables. This research contributes to theory building in shared parking participation intention and informs business and government leaders on how to promote the shared parking scheme through the action mechanism of influencing factors on BI.
