Study on high energy electromagnetic retarding characteristics of toothed coil excitation CPCI-S

Aiming at the problem of low power density of the existing eddy current retarder, a New Toothed Coil Eddy Current Retarder (TC-EHR) is presented. The TC-EHR utilizes the space of one set of coils to achieve the magnetic flux that can only be obtained with two sets of coils in a conventional eddy current retarder. During operation, the TC-EHR creates a three-dimensional magnetic circuit between the stator, rotor and air gap. First, the structure and operating principle of the TC-EHR are introduced. Second, an equivalent magnetic pole principle model (one cycle model in the circumferential direction) was designed based on the principle that the magnetic flux is equal to that at each head of the complete model of the TC-EHR. Subsequently, the static electromagnetic field and the seemingly steady-state electromagnetic field finite element analysis of the TC-EHR were carried out. Finally, the test prototype was fabricated and bench tested. The braking performance and overexcitation characteristics of the TC-EHR were analyzed by comparing the test data with the finite element simulation. And by comparing with the traditional eddy current retarder of the same size, it is verified that TC-EHR has higher braking power. And compared with the normal excitation state, the braking torque of TC-EHR is improved by about 20% in the 2-fold overexcitation state.

本实用新型公开了一种石油钻井井下电磁阻尼发电机测试台架,包括减振平台、信息采集和控制硬件部分,减振平台上设置有负载电机与被测电磁阻尼发电机。负载电机与被测电磁阻尼发电机之间设置有转矩转速传感器和增速器,转矩转速传感器信号传输到信息采集硬件中。将被测电磁阻尼发电机与负载电机都设置在减振平台上,供电电源对负载电机供电,为被测电磁阻尼发电机提供转矩与转速测试环境,转矩转速传感器设置在二者之间,能够采集到被测电磁阻尼发电机的加载情况,转矩转速传感器信号连接在信息采集硬件上,实验操作人员可以通过远程控制操作测试,测试不同工作情况下被测电磁阻尼发电机的特性与控制性能。

本发明公开了一种串联双循环园的电液复合缓速装置,包括双凸极电涡流缓速部分和串联双循环园液力缓速部分。本发明将双凸极电涡流缓速器和串联双循环园液力缓速器高度融合一体化设计,二者并列布置,内圈为第一级液力循环园,外圈为双凸极电涡流缓速器,外圈右侧设有第二级液力循环园。两级液力循环园分别位于左右两侧,工作液由定子外圈处进油口进入第一级液力循环园。经内圈第一级,液力循环园旋转加压加速后进入右上侧第二级液力循环园。同时,部分工作液也会通过第一级循环园的卸油孔流道加压喷射到双凸极电涡流缓速器定子内表面,起到冷却液的作用。本发明结构简单,解决液力缓速器响应时间长的问题,提高行车安全。

Aiming at the problem of large moment of inertia of the existing rotating electromagnetic shock absorber for armored vehicles, a new type of axially distributed lightweight rotor electromagnetic shock absorber (L-ESA) is proposed in this paper. It is composed of left and right symmetrically distributed stators, the rotor in the middle and permanent magnets (PMs). The road excitation is transmitted to the planetary gearbox through wheels, rocker arm and connecting rod, and transmitted to the L-ESA after speed increase. At the same time, the high speed rotating rotor of the L-ESA cuts the magnetic field lines and generates damping torque, so as to attenuate the vibration caused by road excitation. The electromagnetic field model of the L-ESA was established by 3-D finite element method (FEM), the damping torque of the L-ESA is predicted and the electromagnetic characteristics and damping characteristics are analyzed. The simulation results show that the damping torque can reach 295Nm at 2000rpm, which can meet the technical requirements of the vehicle.

Multiobjective optimisation of an energy-efficient magnet track-eddy current composite brake for high-speed train SCIE

An energy-efficient magnetic track-eddy current composite brake (MT-ECB) for high-speed trains is proposed in this study. It has two modes: the magnetic track working mode and eddy current working mode. First, the structure and operating principle of the composite brake are introduced. Subsequently, a multiobjective optimisation process of the major structural parameters was conducted with the consumed PM volume, electrical excitation, and magnetic attraction force as optimisation objectives. A Kriging surrogate model for the MT-ECB was established. Optimal Pareto front solutions were acquired by adopting the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGAII), and the optimisation results were verified via a 3-D finite element simulation. After the optimisation of the MT-ECB, the consumed PM volume decreased by 18%, and the power consumption was reduced by 21%. The electric energy consumed per 1000 N of the eddy current braking force decreased from 4 kW to approximately 2 kW, resulting in a remarkable energy-efficient effect.

In order to solve the problem of generator output voltage instability caused by mud flow instability, the electromagnetic damping generator (EDG) with stable output voltage is innovatively designed, and the contradiction matrix based on TRIZ theory. According to the invention principle "23 feedback" corresponding to "9 Speed" and "31 Harmful factors produced by objects", the structure scheme of EDG is proposed by coaxial assembly of generator and eddy current retarder (ECR). According to the technical index, the generator part is calculated theoretically. The accuracy of theoretical calculation and the feasibility of innovative design are verified by Finite Element Method (FEM). The output voltage and power generation efficiency of the generator and the braking torque of the ECR are calculated by FEM. The innovative EDG can adjust 40 V voltage to meet the design requirements.

In order to solve the problem of the large moment of inertia of the existing rotating electromagnetic shock absorber for armored vehicles, a new lightweight rotor adaptive electromagnetic shock absorber (LR-AESA) is proposed in this paper. The LR-AESA consists of the left and right symmetrically distributed stators, a rotor in the middle and excitation coils. Secondly, based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method (EMC) and the Ampere loop theorem, and the interaction of the reaction magnetic fields between adjacent eddy current rings and the nonlinear effect of the interaction between the eddy current field and the original magnetic field are further considered, the air gap magnetic field distribution of the LR-AESA of the 10# steel rotor and the copper rotor at different speeds is derived, and the analytical expression of the damping torque is obtained. Finally, the validity of the analytical model was verified by comparison with results from the 3-D finite element method (FEM). The results show that the LR-AESA of the two material rotors can meet the requirements of technical indicators, but in the full speed section (200 similar to 2000 rpm), the copper rotor has the advantage of a wider range of the damping torque adjustment.

To solve theproblems of an insufficient braking moment for the eddy current retarder at high speed, a small braking moment and slow response of the hydraulic retarder at low speed, and a low power density of the existing electromagnetic hydraulic retarder(EHR), a novel radially distributed electromagnetic-hydraulic retarder(R-EHR) was proposed. The R-EHR fully absorbs the advantages of the braking characteristics of hydraulic retarders and eddy current retarders. The cooling fluid is used to realize the braking of the hydraulic part. At the same time, it acts on the heating surfaces to improve the torque of the electromagnetic part. In this paper, finite element models of the flow field and electromagnetic field are established to predict braking performance. The braking performance of the R-EHR is obtained by bench test, the error between the simulation and experimental data is compared, and the experimental data are analyzed. The results show that the proportion of electromagnetic braking torque in the novel R-EHR is more reasonable. The braking torque increased by 26% and the power density increased by 37.5% at 2000 RPM compared to that of the EHR. The R-EHR can control the braking torque only by adjusting the current, thus simplifying the control system.

本发明公开了一种电涡流‑磁轨复合制动器,属于轨道交通车辆制动技术领域。该制动器包括6个永磁制动节和6个电磁制动节,两种制动节交替排列。永磁制动节由顶盖、旋转体、低碳钢外壳、磨耗板、隔磁板、下永磁体、隔磁板、上永磁体组成;电磁制动节由低碳钢外壳、U型铁芯、磨耗板、隔磁板、线圈组成。通过电机驱动旋转控制永磁制动节的上永磁体和改变电磁制动节中电流方向实现磁轨制动与电涡流制动两种工作模式切换。本发明结构简单紧凑,制动力大,具有多模式工作特性,可弥补传统黏着制动短板,有效提高高速列车制动安全性。

本发明公开了一种石油钻井井下电磁阻尼发电机,包括:涡轮、永磁发电机部分和电磁阻尼器部分。电磁阻尼器部分,包括电磁阻尼器转子、励磁线圈、轴承座和孔用挡圈。电磁阻尼器转子固定在转轴上,励磁线圈通过左右两个孔用挡圈固定在轴承座上,轴承座为导磁材料可充当电磁阻尼器定子的作用并可以在发电机外壳中旋转。励磁线圈电流来自三相永磁发电机全波整流后的电源。永磁电机绕组绕制在永磁电机定子上,永磁电机定子通过轴承座和轴承座进行轴向固定。本发明在转轴的转速过低时可以减小电磁阻尼器励磁线圈中的电流,提高转轴的转速。这样就可以保证发电机的输出功率和输出电压相对稳定,满足工作要求。
