摘要 :
Developing zinc-air batteries still heavily relies on the design of stable, high-activity, and inexpensive oxygen- electric bifunctional catalysts. In this work, transition metal iron salts converted amorphous carbon into graphitized carbon at high temperatures, and nitrogen-doped graphitized carbon-anchored iron nanoparticles (Fe-N-C) are prepared. Then, Fe-N-C is pyrolyzed with selenium dioxide (SeO2) 2 ) to convert iron (Fe) nano- particles into iron selenide (FeSe) in situ to obtain nitrogen-doped graphitized carbon-anchored FeSe nano- particle catalysts (FeSe/NC). The catalyst's carbon support has excellent electrical conductivity, which effectively promotes the transport rate of charges and enhances the catalytic activity of FeSe particles. FeSe/NC demonstrates outstanding catalytic activity for both oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER). When utilizing FeSe/NC catalysts in rechargeable zinc-air batteries (ZABs-FeSe/NC), the most excellent power density could exceed 186.6 mW cm- 2 , and the specific capacity can achieve 905.2 mAh g- 1 , demonstrating excellent performance. Furthermore, the battery can achieve stable charge-discharge for longer than 200 h at a large current density of 10 mA cm-- 2 , which has excellent practical application feasibility in the future.

All-inorganic lead-containing perovskites have shown strong luminescence, but the use of lead has hindered their commercial development due to its stability and toxicity. In this paper, we propose thermal precipitation in ionic liquids (ILs) for synthesizing Bi3+-doped Cs2ZrCl6 double perovskites (Cs2ZrCl6:Bi3+(ILs)), which have a better crystallinity compared to the Cs2ZrCl6:Bi3+ (HCl) synthesized by the traditional hydrochloric acid method. Most interestingly, the Cs2ZrCl6:Bi3+(ILs) exhibits ultra-high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of up to 78.52%, which is about three times higher than the Cs2ZrCl6:Bi3+ (HCl) prepared by the traditional method. In addition, the PLQY of this paper is the highest in the reported works for the Cs2ZrCl6:Bi3+. It has been confirmed that the high PLQY of Cs2ZrCl6:Bi3+(ILs) is due to the interaction force between N atoms and perovskites in ionic liquid cations, and the cations in ionic liquids can improve the crystallinity of Cs2ZrCl6:Bi3+(ILs) double perovskite crystallites by passivating shallow defects. The research provides an alternative and efficient method for synthesizing stable lead-free double perovskites with good optical properties.

本发明公开了金属有机骨架材料包裹铜锌双金属催化剂及其制备方法和应用,具体公开了使用金属有机骨架材料对铜锌金属纳米颗粒进行包裹,该双金属催化剂具有夹心结构,所述金属有机骨架材料为ZIF‑8、UIO‑66或MIL‑101。在制备双金属催化剂的过程中,首先制得铜锌纳米颗粒,然后使用金属有机骨架材料对铜锌纳米颗粒进行包裹,制得的催化剂表面有效金属活性位点数增加,大大提升催化效率。本发明在制备双金属催化剂中引入了金属有机骨架材料,该材料具有高的比表面积和独特的孔道结构,抑制了金属纳米颗粒的团聚,大大提高金属纳米颗粒的分散度,提高催化剂表面活性位点的数目,有利于提高反应转化率。

摘要 :
本发明公开了一种能够提升硅太阳能电池光电转换效率的量子点转光薄膜的制备方法,该转光薄膜是以退火与高能球磨处理后的稀土掺杂量子点粉末与合适溶剂配制成为量子点溶液,在经过等离子体处理后金属、玻璃或半导体基底,采用超声雾化喷涂技术制备薄膜,并进行退火处理后。该方法制备的稀土量子点下转换薄膜可应用于硅太阳能电池上,解决硅太阳能电池光谱失配等问题,可提升电池光电转化效率5%以上。本发明的利用稀土量子剪裁效应制备的下转换薄膜能够实现宽光谱转光,其制备工艺成熟,成本低廉,能够实现大面积制备薄膜,并能直接应用于电池组件镀膜提升光电转换效率。

本发明提供一种核壳复合结构增强的稀土下转换发光材料的制备方法。现有的稀土下转换发光材料存在:发光强度低、波长窄、稳定性差等问题。利用核壳复合结构来增强稀土下转换发光性能,存在复杂、成本高等问题。本发明采用核壳复合结构,利用壳层增强材料的稳定性,同时增强对光的吸收和发射的效率,提高发光亮度,其制备方法主要包括:芯体制备、壳体制备、工艺优化与后处理。本发明优点:1.利用核壳复合结构来增强稀土下转换发光性能,提高发光强度和光谱范围。2.制备方法简单,成本低廉,可以大规模生产。3.具有高透光率,可用于太阳能电池的薄膜涂层以提升其光电转换效率。

本实用新型提供一种吸水材料吸水性检测装置,包括收集箱和检测装置,收集箱的内壁插设有塞子;收集箱的表面设有检测装置,检测装置包括放置板,放置板位于收集箱的表面,放置板的两侧均固定连接有转盘,收集箱表面靠近转盘的位置开设有转孔,收集箱的侧壁设有配重装置,配重装置包括收纳箱,收纳箱的侧壁和收集箱侧壁固定连接,收纳箱的内壁插设有多个配重块;通过设置放置板和框架能够在一定程度上固定吸水材料位置,同时转盘和定位销的设置能够调节放置板的角度,以此适配不同需求,同时水箱也能够持续性对吸水材料加水,从而方便对吸水材料吸水性进行检测。

一种钙钛矿‑晶硅叠层太阳能电池结构,属于太阳能电池领域。包括钙钛矿顶电池、晶硅底电池与复合结层。所述钙钛矿顶电池依次设置为金属电极、透明电极层、空穴传输层、钙钛矿光吸收层、电子传输层;所述晶硅底电池依次设置为氧化钼空穴传输层、本征氢化非晶硅钝化层、晶硅光吸收层、本征氢化非晶硅钝化层、氟化锂/铝复合电极层;钙钛矿电池与底电池之间通过复合结相联结。本实用新型使用氧化钼作为晶硅底电池的空穴传输层,具有更好的空穴选择性以及更小的寄生吸收,使用氟化锂/铝作为晶硅底电池的复合电极,可以降低晶硅与电极间的肖特基势垒,有利于电子的传输,提升了单个太阳能电池器件的光电转换效率。

Aiming at the large-scale application of metasurface in the field of radar stealth, we present a hybrid resonance-based and dispersion substrate integrated checkerboard metasurface (CMS) for reducing the radar cross section (RCS) of flat metallic targets. Considering the frequency-dependent characteristics of such a dispersion material, a pair of single and dual resonant artificial magnetic conductor meta-atoms with the modified "crusades-like" cell topologies is employed to maximize the operating bandwidth; besides, a comprehensive and thorough investigation on the resonance mechanism is conducted in this paper to provide an intuitive physical insight of meta-atoms' reflection responses. By comparing the predicted results with simulations, the quasi-periodic effect is introduced to explain the frequency shift of 10 dB RCS reduction bandwidth. In the implementation procedure, a prototype of the designed RCS reducer with a total dimension of 180 x 180 mm2 is fabricated and measured, the 10 dB RCS reduction bandwidth of theoretical simulation and experimental measurement are basically consistent, and the performance improvement of 8 dB RCS reduction in the experimental results can be attributed to the dispersion effects of the dielectric substrate. With a better figure of merit, our efforts may serve as a useful exemplar for the economical CMS architecture in radar evasive applications.

To further develop sensing materials for NO2 gas detection practical application, the operating temperature of the sensor should be significantly reduced. In this paper, In2O3 flowers were prepared by the microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. Then, In2O3 was doped using TAA (thioacetamide). The prepared S-doped In2O3 flowers have good gas sensitivity and significantly reduced operating temperature. When exposed to 10 ppm NO2 gas, the corresponding response was 250 at 118 degrees C. It can be demonstrated by the first principle calculations, in which the doping of S atoms changes the electron structure of In2O3 from semiconductor to metal with a lower potential barrier. Then, significantly affects the electron crossing the intergranular potential barriers. Therefore, the operating temperature of the sensor can be reduced. Our research results will provide new research ideas and technical approaches for designing, fabricating, and applying a new generation of In2O3 gas sensors.
