Optimizing the electromagnetic wave absorption properties of core-shell Fe/FeN/Fe3 C@GN nanoparticles by low-temperature NH3 plasma SCIE

Surface modification via low-temperature plasma has an extensive application prospect in different engineering fields due to its comprehensive merits in facilitating the introduction of functional groups and creating more heterogeneous interfaces. Herein, a simple high-temperature plasma method is developed to get novel multiple-phase nanocomposites of core-shell Fe/FeN/Fe3C@GN nanoparticles with bifunctional characteristics of microwave absorption (MA) and anti-corrosion. And then, we further investigate the MA properties of Fe/FeN/Fe3C@GN nanoparticles after low-temperature NH3 plasma etching. It is found that surface modification of Fe/FeN/Fe3C@GN nanoparticles can generate remarkable changes in specific surface areas, Raman features and MA properties of these nanocomposites. The Fe/FeN/Fe3C@GN nanoparticles after NH3 plasma etching possess excellent MA properties with an optimal reflection loss (RL) of -51.0 dB at an ultra-thin thickness of 1.9 mm with a low filling content of 30 wt% and the corresponding effective absorption bandwidth (EAB < -10 dB) up to 4.7 GHz (13.3-18.0 GHz). The fascinating MA properties of etched Fe/FeN/Fe3C@GN nanoparticles may be attributed to the cooperative effect of several points: (i) The NH3 plasma etch introduces a large number of polar functional groups, which can be regarded as the polarization center to produce more polarization loss; (ii) The appropriate dielectric loss and impedance matching achieve a good balance, and the abundant heterogeneous interface significantly enhances the polarization relaxation loss; (iii) The existence of hetero-nanostructure further improves the multiple reflections and scattering of the propagating microwaves. In addition, this work provides a new strategy for the design and fabrication of core-shell MA materials.

The surface modification of three-dimensional (3D) materials is an efficient method for adjusting their interfacial defect concentration, electronic conductivity and content of functional groups with extensive applications in catalysis, electrode materials and bioengineering. In this work, a multiphase iron nanocrystals consisting of Fe3C, Fe and FeN nanoparticles encapsulated in hierarchical structure of graphite carbon (denoted as Fe/Fe3C/ FeN@GC) is synthesized for the first time by a novel high temperature plasma method. Meanwhile, more defects and functional groups are introduced by surface modification of graphite carbon layer of Fe/Fe3C/FeN@GC with controllable CO2 (low temperature) plasma. Benefiting from the advantages of multiple heterogenous interface and the abundant interfacial polarization relaxation that represent strong electromagnetic (EM) wave dissipation as well as an applicable impedance matching, the optimized Fe/Fe3C/FeN@GC demonstrate superior microwave absorption (MA) properties. The minimum reflection loss (RL) achieves -54.4 dB (more than 99.9% MA) at 17.6 GHz with a thin thickness of 1.8 mm, and the maximum effective absorption bandwidth (EAB, RL < -10 dB) is up to 6.2 GHz (11.8-18.0 GHz) at 2.0 mm. The above results reveal that the optimized Fe/Fe3C/FeN@GC composites with strong absorption, broad EAB, light mass (only filling content of 30 wt%) and ultrathin thickness are prospective candidate for high performance EM wave absorbers.

本发明涉及生物医学领域,具体公开了一种单链核酸载体复合物及其制备方法与应用。本发明提供了一种单链核酸的转染方法,其是以烯壳铁氮磁珠作为负载单链核酸的载体,通过静磁作用将单链核酸转染入细胞。所述烯壳铁氮磁珠具有核壳结构,外壳为多层石墨烯,所述外壳的厚度为2‑8nm,内核为磁性颗粒,所述内核的粒径为10‑70nm。本发明单链核酸的载体复合物无细胞毒性,能够实现单链核酸在细胞中的核转染,并在单链核酸与目标分子结合后,可实现从烯壳铁氮磁珠上的解吸附,可用作单链核酸的转染或单链核酸药物的递送方式。

本发明提供具有全程恒阻尼力的磁流变阻尼器,从磁路走向规律出发,将传统阻尼器活塞主体上增加隔磁片以消除、减小阻尼间隙内的漏磁现象以及阻尼器活塞主体在工作过程中阻尼间隙磁感应强度会随着活塞主体运动位置不同而发生较大变化,造成阻尼间隙磁感应强度为不确定值,使得阻尼器出力值模型计算产生误差,造成控制上的偏差,影响控制精度的问题。在增加隔磁片之后使得整体内的磁感应强度增加并且减小了阻尼器在工作过程中行程不同位置引起的阻尼间隙处磁感应强度不均匀现象、阻尼力以及控制精度大大提升。在此基础上加入导磁臂,使得整个阻尼间隙的有效长度增加,阻尼力出力值以及控制精度进一步提升。

本发明提供具有导磁臂的全长效磁通分布磁流变阻尼器,从磁路走向规律出发,将传统阻尼器有效长度方向上增加一个具体形状由函数公式确定的导磁臂,使得磁通量从原来的回路中分出一部分量,形成绕线架—活塞面—导磁臂—磁流变液—导磁上缸筒的磁路结构,增加磁力线垂直穿过磁流变液的面积,使得阻尼间隙全间隙90%以上成为有效区域,且导磁臂以及原有效长度范围内的磁通量密度近似相等,形成均匀磁感应强度的阻尼间隙,且阻尼力出力值相较于传统轴向运动阻尼器提升1.63倍以上,使得相同体积的阻尼器能够产生更高的出力值,实现阻尼器的小型化。

Surface modification of powder materials has always been a key issue that must be faced to improve their application properties and application value. Herein, an efficient and eco-friendly CH4/CF4 plasma method is used for surface modification of materials. The surface modification mechanism of fluorocarbon plasma under different gas flow ratios was detailed investigated by combining the kinetic analysis. The findings demonstrate that fluorocarbon plasma exhibits different modification mechanisms under different modification conditions. The physicochemical properties of the material surface can be easily controlled by adjusting the ratio of fluorocarbon plasma. Functional CaTiO3 particles with core-shell structure were successfully prepared when the gas flow rate ratio R=3. The modified surface exhibited extreme hydrophobicity and the lowest surface energy. This strong application of fluorocarbon plasma technology in material surface modification offers a new avenue to prepare environmentally friendly and functional powders.

The dielectric constant of CCTO materials can be as high as 10(4), which makes it suitable for use in electronic devices but the high dielectric loss limits its application. In this paper, a series of Sr and Zr co-doped CCTO ceramics having the formula Ca0.8Sr0.2Cu3Ti4-xZrxO12 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) were obtained via a solid-state reaction technique. We force the effect of the Zr content on the phase composition, microstructure, cationic valence states, impedance, and dielectric properties of the as-prepared ceramics to reduce dielectric loss. The results demonstrate that Sr and Zr co-doping increases dielectric constant and reduces dielectric loss simultaneously, and the maximum dielectric constant (1.87 x 10(5), 1 Hz) and minimum dielectric loss (0.43, 10(2) Hz) are obtained when x = 0.3. Mixed Cu+/Cu2+ and Ti3+/Ti4+ valence states are observed to coexist in the co-doped material lattices, which promote dipole polarization, and thereby increase the dielectric constant of the ceramics. The dielectric properties of the materials are analyzed according to the internal barrier layer capacitance model, which elucidates the contributions of the grains and grain boundaries to dielectric performance. The maximum grain boundary resistance (3.7 x 10(5) omega) is obtained for x = 0.3, which contributes toward the minimum dielectric loss (0.43) obtained for this ceramic at a frequency less than 1 kHz. The average grain sizes of the samples decrease with increasing Zr content, which is the primary factor increasing the grain boundary resistance of the co-doped ceramics.

本发明提供一种获取探边电磁波测井仪器结构参数的方法及装置,其中,该方法包括:获取探边电磁波测井仪器的至少一组初始优化参数;根据至少一组初始优化参数和预设的第一阈值,通过快速计算方法确定对应至少一组初始优化参数的至少一个目标探边距离;确定对应至少一组初始优化参数的至少一个总体目标函数;将至少一组初始优化参数分别通过对应的至少一个总体目标函数进行评估,判断评估结果确定目标优化参数。提高了仪器结构的优化效率,克服了在计算探边距离时大量运用正演导致计算量大的缺陷。

本发明提供一种高温下测微波材料复介电常数的微带线夹具,包括微带线本体和用于固定所述微带线本体的固定装置;所述固定装置包括底座和微带线夹板,所述微带线夹板配合所述底座对所述微带线本体进行固定。本发明为抑制微带线本体的色散现象,在微带线本体尺寸设计时利用色散判定式,消除色散对微带线阻抗的影响,同时通过固定装置限制高温环境下微带线本体受热变形,避免微带线本体在高温环境下受热膨胀发生起翘、改变空气隔热层的厚度,进而影响多层覆盖介质时微带线的阻抗,最终影响测试结果;从上述两方面提高了测量精度。
