摘要 :
本发明公开了一种含相变材料的相变雾封层材料及其制备方法和应用,S1、将乳化沥青10‑100份和水25‑35份在室温下混合,200r/min搅拌1‑10min得到混合物;S2、向S1中的混合物中加入抗滑颗粒25‑35份和相变材料5‑15份,搅拌1‑10min,得到相变雾封层材料。本发明采用上述配方的一种含相变材料的相变雾封层材料及其制备方法和应用,不仅能够修补路面微小裂缝,避免路面结构产生水损害,同时,利用相变材料自调温的功能降低路面温度,减少路面高温病害,提高沥青路面使用寿命,可以减轻城市热岛效应起到环境保护的作用。

摘要 :
本发明提供了一种含红砖建筑垃圾全再生半刚性道路基层材料,按照质量份数计,由包括以下组分的原料制备得到:再生骨料80~99份,胶结料2~19份;所述再生骨料由含红砖建筑垃圾制备得到粗骨料和细骨料组成;所述粗骨料的粒径为4.75~33mm;所述细骨料的粒径<4.75mm;所述胶结料为水泥或者由粉煤灰和石灰组成。本发明提供的含红砖建筑垃圾全再生半刚性道路基层材料,采用含红砖建筑垃圾生产的再生骨料作为原料,有效的消纳了低品质的含红砖建筑垃圾,并且省略使用天然砂石,减少了不可再生资源天然砂石的开采量,起到了环境保护与资源节约的作用。

摘要 :
本发明公开了针对低强度流动化回填材料水力特性监测的土柱试验装置及方法,涉及低强度流动化回填材料水力特性、电导率和温度测量技术领域,装置主体为由十二个1/3等分(120°)玻璃圆柱拼接而成的有机玻璃圆柱直管、底座和顶盖组成,用于盛装待测试样;监测设备由水势传感器、渗压计、温湿盐一体传感器组成,分别测量试样固化期间材料的吸力、孔隙水压力、体积含水率、温度、电导率,三种传感器由上至下依次均匀排列在柱体直管上。本发明可以通过对低强度流动化回填材料不同龄期下的水力特性、电导率和温度的监测,对其水力行为的演变进行分析。此外,本装置具备安装简易、拆卸方便的优势,能够有效避免传感器的损坏,便于后续的取样试验工作。

摘要 :
The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of interface conditions on a backcalculated layer property for a flexible pavement with different base types. The simple friction model was utilized in the finite-element method (FEM) to simulate the interface condition, and four interface conditions were taken into account in analyses. The computed deflection time history indicated that the inadequate interface condition between the surface and base lead to the higher deflection peak for the pavement with a cement-treated base (CTB) and granular base (GB), while the interface condition between the base and subgrade has a significant influence on the deflection only for the pavement with a GB. The deflection time-history was backcalculated through a dynamic approach using the spectral element method (SEM) as a forward analysis engine in which the layers were treated as fully bonded. The results show that the interface condition shows an apparent influence on the backcalculated layer property. Due to the different contributions of each layer to the overall loading carrying capacity, the interface condition influence was different for different pavement scenarios, which should be appropriately considered for backcalculation and pavement evaluation. The influences and mechanisms of single and coupled effect of carbonation, dry-wet cycles and freeze–thaw cycles on the durability of three types of recycled aggregate concrete were studied. The compressive strength, chloride ion migration coefficient and micro pore parameters of recycled aggregate concrete were tested. The results showed that carbonation and dry-wet cycles can improve the pore tortuosity and reduce the connectivity of pores, while freeze–thaw cycles, coupling of carbonation and freeze–thaw cycles, and coupling of carbonation, dry-wet cycles and freeze–thaw cycles can significantly reduce the pore tortuosity and deteriorate the pore structure. The key reason for durability failure of recycled aggregate concrete in a complex environment is the increase of large pore volume fraction. When more factors are coupled, the increase in the pore volume fraction is greater. Based on the pore tortuosity and large pore volume fraction, an integrated pore index was proposed, and a prediction model of compressive strength and chloride ion migration coefficient of recycled aggregate concrete under complex environmental factors was established, which provided the basis to evaluate and maintain the durability of recycled aggregate concrete. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd

摘要 :
The prediction of additional stresses in ballasted track due to subgrade deformation is the main objective of the present paper. In this context, a 2D finite element model of ballasted railway track was built using the ANSYS Workbench program. Based on this model, an investigation of stresses and deformation values of track elements was conducted in three cases with different contact types. It was found that the case introducing the status of a new track, which has frictional contacts between sleepers and ballast with bonded contacts between other elements, has lower stresses in most of the track elements. Moreover, this case was applied for studying the effect of the settlement on track elements. It was found that stresses increased with increasing the settlement value. The average percentages of increased stresses are 4.18%, 5.85%, and 7.21% in railhead, tie plate, and sleeper, respectively, due to a 1 mm increase in the settlement. Finally, a second-degree polynomial equation was derived to predict the additional stresses in each element due to track settlement. It is expected that this study would help to decrease the maintenance costs and extend the service life of the track elements by predicting the additional stresses in them.

This paper systematically investigated the roles of aging and bio-oil regeneration on the self-healing evolution behavior of pure asphalt and terminal blend (TB) rubberized asphalt within wide temperature range, which was expected to promote the applications of self-healing asphalt pavement, meanwhile to accelerate the sustainable disposal of local bio-oil and rubber wastes. The self-healing, flow and elastic recovery (ER) abilities of asphalts within wide temperature range and their relationship were traced through the dynamic shear rheometer based fatigue-healing-fatigue, frequency sweep and creep recovery tests. Results revealed that different effects of temperature on ER and flow abilities of aged or rejuvenated asphalts resulted in the complexity of self-healing evolution behavior. The proposed ER-flow self-healing theory clarified that the ER ability of aged asphalts led the self-healing process in viscoelastic region, and the flow ability dominated as temperature rose into viscous flow region; however, the flow ability of regenerated asphalts dominated the self-healing at all measured temperatures. The aging growth percentage and regeneration recovery percentage (%RR) based on four self-healing characteristic temperatures were proposed to quantify the influences of aging and regeneration on self-healing evolution behavior of asphalts. The climate aging imparted severer impact on the self-healing evolution behavior of pure asphalt than long-term aging, whereas caused less impact on that of TB asphalt. The aging impact on the self-healing evolution behavior of TB asphalt was smaller than that of pure asphalt. Inversely, the %RR of rejuvenated asphalts increased as the growth of bio-oil content, and reached the maximum when adding 4%wt. waste cooking oil residues. The bio-oil elicited the greater regeneration improvement of self-healing performance than petroleum-based rejuvenator. Overall, the bio-oil regeneration recovery of the self-healing evolution performance of aged asphalts was limited.

本发明公开了一种路用相变温度自调节沥青混合料及其制备方法,属于沥青混合料技术领域。本发明的路用相变温度自调节沥青混合料,包括如下重量份的原料:4.8~6份沥青、107.5~108.6份集料,0.3~0.6份复合相变材料,5.9~6.5份矿粉。将集料、矿粉和沥青分别烘干后,在搅拌锅中加入集料、沥青、矿粉和复合相变材料,搅拌均匀即可得到路用相变温度自调节沥青混合料。本发明的路用相变温度自调节沥青混合料用于实现主动调节路面的温度,经过室内降温试验和室外降温试验发现,该混合料有很好的降温效果,路用性能良好,既适用高速公路,同时也适用城市道路,具有广阔的应用前景。

本发明公开了一种针对粗颗粒土三轴试验应变传感器的安装设备及安装方法,所述传感器装置包括充填硅胶材料的PVC管,钢针和霍尔效应/LVDT传感器,并根据霍尔效应传感器位置及PVC管直径对制样桶进行钻孔改造。充填硅胶材料的PVC管预置于粗颗粒土试样内部,长度约2‑3cm;径向传感器位于试样中部,且圆弧形悬臂长度大于试样周长;两个轴向传感器对称于试样两边,且位于试样中部1/3处。试验时,将钢针刺入预置PVC管内以连接试样和传感器,进而通过三轴仪测量试样的轴向及径向应变情况,本发明的安装方法,简单易操作,可有效避免循环三轴实验中传感器底座失稳,围压水侵入试样等情况,进而有效地提升试验测量精度。
