综合管廊电缆舱灭火系统效果研究

摘要 :

针对某综合管廊的电缆舱室,采取全尺寸实验和数值模拟结合的方法,探究综合管廊内电缆舱的火灾特性,对比分析干粉灭火系统和高压细水雾灭火两种灭火系统的灭火效果.将火源功率为0.7 MW的乙醇火设置于电缆架底部,观察火灾发展和烟气蔓延情况,分析电缆舱火灾特性;对比两种灭火系统开启后管廊内的温度和烟气变化规律,分析灭火效果.在实验基础上利用FDS软件进行数值模拟以补充验证多工况火灾灭火结果.结果表明,电缆舱关闭防火门后,火灾不会持续发展,舱内温度稳定在600~700℃之间;干粉灭火系统有效灭火时间较短,且降温效果有限,火源上方温度降至440℃后发生了复燃现象;高压细水雾系统有效灭火时间较长,可以持续进行灭火,降温效果较为明显,且对于烟气蔓延有较明显的抑制作用,能为后续消防队员进入创造有利条件.

区间坡度对停驶地铁列车火灾烟气自然扩散的影响

摘要 :

采用三维场模拟与一维网络模拟相耦合的多尺度模拟方法,对列车中部着火且相邻车站风机未启动阶段的烟气自然扩散进行研究。地铁长区间隧道坡度分别为0‰、12‰、21‰、30‰,分析坡度对区间隧道火灾烟气扩散及控制产生的影响。综合分析温度、CO浓度和能见度等因素,研究了火灾初期隧道环境随时间变化的危险性,确定了人员可利用的安全疏散时间。列车阻塞于区间隧道的坡度区段时,当坡度达到30‰,由于回流现象的出现导致隧道内CO浓度出现了阶跃性变化。

在交通拥堵的隧道火灾中纵向通风的合理送风风速研究 CSCD

摘要 :

通过数值模拟手段对纵向通风时隧道内的烟气扩散特性进行研究,探讨较低风速时,针对不同火源功率、不同风速作用下,火源上、下游烟气的分层特性及温度分布特性,并在此基础上探讨纵向排烟在拥堵的交通隧道中应用的可能性.研究结果表明:如果起火初期隧道内以较低的纵向风速送风,保证上、下游烟气分层的存在,则纵向通风可用于交通拥堵的隧道.火源功率为5 MW时,该风速约为1.0 m/s;火源功率为20 MW时,较适宜的风速为1.0~1.5 m/s;火源功率为30 MW时,较适宜的风速为1.5 m/s左右.火源功率较大时,应尽早将火源下游附近的人员疏散,以确保安全.

本发明公开了一种用于研究高大竖井内部气流特性的模型试验装置,包括离心式变频送风机、轴流式变频引风机、变频器和竖井模型试验段。离心式变频送风机和双向轴流式变频风机分别位于竖井模型试验段两侧,通过连接变频器可对风量进行调节;竖井模型试验段沿纵向在上部开设等间距的格栅卡槽,用于放置阻力格栅,通过阻力格栅局部阻力等效模拟长大竖井直流段沿程阻力;在一系列格栅卡槽两侧分别开设测量孔,用于测量风速和静压。通过调节双向轴流式变频风机风速和风向及设置不同数量的阻力格栅,可以模拟高大竖井内考虑(正向或者逆向)烟囱效应时的通风系统的内部气流特征,满足在室内条件有限情况下进行物理模型试验的要求。

This study investigated the optimal design of a capillary heat exchanger device for the heat pump system and its innovative engineering application in a building. The overall aim was to use a capillary heat exchanger to obtain energy in coastal areas for promoting renewable energy in low-carbon building design. Initially, the main factors affecting the efficiency of the capillary heat exchanger were identified, a mathematical model was then established to analyse the heat transfer process. The analysis showed the flow rate and the capillary length are the key factors affecting the efficiency of the capillary heat exchanger. Secondly, to optimize the structural design of the capillary heat exchanger, the heat energy transfer is calculated with different lengths of the capillary under various flow rates in summer and winter conditions, respectively. Thirdly, a typical building is selected to analyse the application of the capillary heat exchanger for extracting energy in the coastal area. The results show the performance of the selected capillary heat exchanger heat pump system, in winter, the heat energy transfer rate is 60 W/m(2) when the seawater temperature is 3.7 degrees C; in summer, the heat energy transfer rate is 150 W/m(2) when the seawater temperature is 24.6 degrees C. Finally, the above field test results were examined using a numerical simulation model, the test and simulation results agree with each other quite well. This paper is conducive in promoting the development of the capillary heat exchanger heat pump as an innovative sustainable technology for net-zero energy and low carbon buildings using renewable energy in coastal areas.

In order to analyze the effect of the smoke exhaust system, a series of experiments were conducted in a 1:20 scale model of a cross-type interchange subway station. Fire dynamics simulator code was used to evaluate different mechanical smoke control strategies conducted in a full-scale interchange subway station. The numerical results were compared with experimental data. Results show that the experimental data of the air temperature distribution in the station platform were in good agreement with the simulation results and the research indicated that the different smoke control system had different influence on smoke confinement induced by the fire occurred in the 3rd basement, which was the platform of the No.10 line in Beijing. In the same smoke control strategy, the velocity of airflow at stairs with a full-seal screen platform door system in the transfer station is higher than that of platform the half-height screen platform door system.

Temperature rise induced by tunnel fire is a key factor injuring persons and destroying the tunnel lining structure as well as the facilities. In order to better comprehend the temperature distribution induced by fire in branched tunnel, a series of reduced scale experiments with different longitudinal ventilation velocity and bifurcation angles were conducted to investigate the temperature longitudinal decay in mainline tunnel and ramp in this paper. The heat release rate varied from 1.72 kW to 6.04 kW corresponding to 3.07 MW-10.8 MW in full scale. Three bifurcation angles of 5 degrees, 10 degrees, and 15 degrees were considered to investigate the effect of bifurcation angle on temperature longitudinal distribution in branched tunnel. Results show that the bifurcation angle influences temperature distribution between fire source two sides due to the asymmetric air entrainment. The increasing of heat release rate results in the higher temperature under natural ventilation. The ventilation velocity had a greater enhancing effect on the temperature rise in mainline tunnel due to smoke accumulation effect at downstream of fire source. The exponential correlation is proposed to predict the longitudinal temperature beneath the tunnel ceiling not only in mainline tunnel but also in ramp by taking the bifurcation angle into consideration.

In this study, three full-scale experiments and a series of numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the influence of subway platform height and atrium ceiling height of subway stations on smoke control by mechanical exhausting systems. The smoke temperature variation with time, maximum temperature distribution, and smoke stratification were discussed. Results showed that the atrium had capacity to store smoke, especially at the early stage of smoke spread. However, the efficiency of smoke extraction did not increase simply with the rise in platform height and atrium ceiling height, and favorable smoke exhaust velocity was crucial for smoke elimination. The optimal smoke exhaust velocity was studied by numerical simulation and it was found that the area of smoke diffusion in subway stations with a higher platform was significantly smaller under the optimal smoke exhaust velocity. In addition, a prediction model of optimal smoke exhaust velocity with subway platform height was proposed. This study could provide on-site data and smoke spread characteristics for smoke control design, operation, and, significantly, guide safety evacuation of the exhaust system of subway stations.

In this study, a series of small-scale experiments were conducted to investigate the backdraft phenomenon in a compartment (1.1 x 0.4 x 0.75 m) with woodblocks as fuel. This research focused on the effects of compartment window woodblock areas on backdraft time, with a video recording of the experimental phenomena. Thermocouples and a gas analyzer were used to measure the temperature and the concentration of gas components in the compartment, respectively. There was no additional heat source or ignition source pre-set in the compartment at the beginning of the experiments; the experimental processes only depended on the heat released from the burning or smoldering of woodblocks. When compartment ventilation improved, smoldering of woodblocks became intense, and backdraft occurred. The results show that backdraft time is shorten with increases of compartment window and woodblock areas, and opening the upper window of a compartment could avoid the backdraft phenomenon. The results help to understand the backdraft phenomenon of solid fuel and, more importantly, could help firefighters adopt reasonable fire-fighting strategies for restraining backdraft occurrence.
