围岩相对密实度对隧道掘进时地层沉降的影响 CSCD

摘要 :

作为衡量土力学特性的关键指标,相对密实度也是划分围岩等级的重要指标,其对隧道掘进时地层沉降和应力的影响十分重大。基于北京工业大学自主开发的盾构隧道掘进模型试验平台,通过开展不同相对密实度土层中隧道的掘进试验,系统测量地表和地层中的沉降和隧道周边的应力。试验结果表明:随着相对密实度的增大,地表和地层中沉降槽的形状由高斯函数分布形变为三角形,深度和宽度均越来越小;掘进过程中地表沉降的出现更加滞后;拱顶和拱肩处的应力路径变得越来越陡,使土体出现明显的剪胀,从而导致地层沉降槽的形状发生上述变化。因此,在模拟隧道掘进时,应考虑不同相对密实度土层的剪胀性,才能合理地预测地表的沉降。

近接隧道列车运行时地表振动响应数值模拟 CSCD

鉴于目前城市地下铁路隧道平行、交叠的情况逐年增加,且对多列车耦合荷载作用下地表振动规律尚不清楚,本文建立了大直径盾构隧道下穿双线地铁隧道三维数值分析模型,并通过现有运行列车参数建立了刚体列车模型以及实体轨道模型。采用Hertz接触模拟了运动列车轮与钢轨的接触,通过罚接触与硬接触模拟了隧道与围岩的非线性接触,利用无限元人工边界模拟了无限半空间。使用时域显式整体分析方法模拟了编组列车在隧道内的运行并与实测地表振动加速度结果进行了对比,结果表明本文建立的数值模型能够较好地反映出真实地铁列车运行时地表的振动响应。在此基础上,分析了多线隧道交汇段不同列车运行工况下地表竖向加速度的时频特性以及分布规律。

以实际工程为背景,设计了具有单一卵石层和2个既有隧道的试验模型.基于自主研发的土压平衡盾构试验平台,开展了卵石地层盾构下穿既有马蹄形隧道和矩形隧道的模型试验.在试验过程中,记录了盾构机的施工动力和排土量,同时监测了试验模型的地表沉降,以及既有隧道的应变和作用在其上的土压力.通过盾构机施工动力和排土量的变化,分析了既有隧道对盾构施工状态的影响.利用盾构下穿过程中盾构排土量的变化,解释了既有隧道周围卵石土体发生塌落破坏的原因.基于实测的地表沉降和作用在既有隧道上土压力的变化规律,揭示了盾构下穿过程中既有隧道与卵石土体的相互作用机理.

Inelastic Displacement Ratios for SDOF Structures Subjected to Earthquake-tsunami Loadings SCIE

This study investigates the inelastic displacement of structures subjected to earthquake-tsunami loadings. The relative intensity is defined as the ratio of the tsunami force per unit mass to the S-a of the corresponding ground motion. The effects of the hysteretic model, soil condition, post-yield stiffness, damping, and relative intensity on the inelastic displacement ratios are investigated. The results show that, compared to earthquakes alone, earthquake-tsunami loadings can enlarge the inelastic displacement ratio demands, especially for higher relative intensities. A predictive model is developed by considering several parameters, which may be used in the framework of performance-based seismic design.

A prediction method of ground volume loss variation with depth induced by tunnel excavation SCIE

A new concept called the transmission ratio of ground volume loss (TRGVL) is proposed to describe the variation law of ground volume loss with depth above the tunnel. Based on the developed Gaussian function, the formula for TRGVL is deduced. Further, the first-order derivative of TRGVL is presented to evaluate the dilation and compression degree of the soil at any depth above the tunnel. A total of 15 cases, involving eight field project cases and seven model test cases, are investigated to validate rationality of the proposed formula. The results of field projects and model test cases indicate variation in TRGVL presents four forms. By analysing the volumetric deformation of the soil above the tunnel, formation mechanism of the each form of TRGVL is revealed. Finally, the evolution of the four forms of TRGVL is used to evaluate the disturbance degree of the soil above the tunnel.

Static-Dynamic Combined Multiaxial Strength Criterion for Concrete SCIE

The physical mechanism of the static-dynamic combined (S-DC) multiaxial strength of concrete is investigated considering cohesive and frictional strength. It is determined that the strain rate effects and stress state effects on the shear strength of concrete can be decoupled. An effective initial static stress is defined to distinguish the part of the cohesive strength that is dependent on the strain rate; the other part is consumed by the initial static stress. Furthermore, the strength parameter, which reflects the coupled effects of the initial static stress and the strain rate on the strength, is obtained based on the effective initial static stress and dynamic increase factor (DIF). Combining the proposed strength parameter and nonlinear dynamic multiaxial strength criterion, a new S-DC multiaxial strength criterion for concrete is presented. The proposed strength criterion is applied to analyze the S-DC strength rules of concrete under multiaxial stress conditions and is further verified using five groups of test results. The excavation disturbed zone plays an important role in the evaluation of tunnel stability. The identification of the excavation disturbed zone is perceived as a main concern. Taking the material meso-structure into account, this paper investigates the construction mechanical behavior in heterogeneous sand cobble stratum and aims to precisely predict the excavation disturbed zone. Firstly, the meso-scale numerical models were used to simulate tunnel excavation in sandy cobble strata, in which the large-sized rock blocks and fine-grained soil matrix were treated as separate constituents. Then, the stress redistribution and deformation performance in the ground during tunneling were explored in detail. Subsequently, combined with the deformation performance characteristics, a method for identifying the excavation disturbed zone was proposed. The boundary of the excavation disturbed zone can be identified by the displacement mutation point of the monitoring paths. Finally, a parametric study was performed to understand the influence of key factors on the excavation disturbed zone, including the rock meso-structure parameters, the soil matrix properties, and the tunnel geometry characteristics. The simulation results indicate that both the rock content and rock size have a significant impact on the excavation disturbed zone, the strength parameters and lateral pressure coefficient have a marked effect, and the tunnel radius and tunnel burial depth have a negligible influence on the excavation disturbed zone under the given conditions when normalized.

Radian of the vault influencing the seismic performances of straight wall arch underground structures SCIE

Great efforts have been conducted to investigate the seismic performances of the arch and rectangular underground structures, however, the differences between seismic responses of these two types of underground structures, especially the vault radian influencing the seismic responses of arch structures are not clarified. This paper presents a detailed numerical investigation on the seismic responses of arch underground structures with different vault radians, and aims to illustrate the rule that vault radian affects the seismic responses of underground structures. Five arch underground structures are built for nonlinear soil-structure interaction analysis. The internal forces of the structural components of the underground structures only under gravity are discussed detailedly, and an optimum vault radian for perfect load-carrying functionality of arch underground structures is suggested. Then the structures are analyzed under seven scaled ground motions, amounting to a total of 35 dynamic calculations. The numerical results show that the vault radian can have beneficial effects on the seismic response of the arch structure, compared to the rectangular underground structures, causing the central columns to suffer smaller axial force and horizontal deformation. The conclusions provide some directive suggestions for the seismic design of the arch underground structures.
