摘要 :
Machine learning (ML) methods are becoming popular in prognostics and health management (PHM) of engi-neering systems due to the recent advances of sensor technology and the prevalent use of artificial neural net-works. In practice, mechatronic systems are by nature, prone to degradation/failure due to complex failure mechanisms and other unknown causes. As a result, degradation modeling and prediction of mechatronic sys-tems are quite challenging especially when highly integrative and special operational conditions are considered. To overcome such challenges, artificial neural networks can be employed. This paper proposes the use of a long short-term memory (LSTM)-based multi-input neural network for degradation modeling and prediction of an Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator (EHA) system. The failure mechanisms of the EHA system are explored first, and the obtained physics-of-failure information is utilized in constructing the LSTM neural network to enhance the prediction capability of the model. An actual dataset collected from an EHA test bench is utilized to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed physics-informed LSTM method for modeling the EHA system's degradation behavior. The result shows that the proposed method provides more accurate life prediction than several benchmark methods for the EHA system.

本发明属于流体传动与控制技术领域,提供一种机动阀配流的双向轴向柱塞装置, 包括若干柱塞组件,柱塞组件用于对液压油进行吸、排作用;若干机动配流阀组件,若干机动配流阀组件和若干柱塞组件一一对应,机动配流阀组件至少包括第一工作位置和第二工作位置,在第一工作位置,第一接口与柱塞组件相连通,在第二工作位置,第二接口与柱塞组件相连通;配流阀驱动组件,配流阀驱动组件设置在主轴的一端,配流凸轮的主要作用是驱动若干机动配流阀组件运转;驱动组件,驱动组件用于驱动若干柱塞组件运转。本发明的柱塞装置可实现双向可逆工作,具有良好的抗污染性能和耐高压特性、优秀的运行平稳性以及较高的容积效率等明显技术优势。

本发明公开了一种海水液压直驱式多能互补的海水淡化系统,包括风能捕获装置、波浪能捕获装置、蓄能稳压装置、海水淡化与能量回收模块、淡水箱和控制模块;所述风能捕获装置通过风轮机驱动海水泵提供具有预设压力的海水;所述波浪能捕获装置通过浮子与海水液压缸提供预设压力海水;所述海水淡化与能量回收模块通过反渗透膜对海水进行淡化,并通过能量回收与加压装置回收能量。本发明依靠海水直驱,通过多种捕能装置实现了多能互补,并通过能量回收装置提高了系统的能量利用效率,使得系统不依赖外部能量输入,淡水产量稳定。此外,工作介质为海水,对环境没有污染,与环境完全相容。

本发明属于缓冲技术领域,提出一种面向重载荷冲击的磁流变缓冲结构,包括缸体;活塞体,活塞体用于在缸体内沿缸体轴线方向相对于缸体滑动,缸体与活塞体之间填充有磁性液体;两轴向充磁永磁铁分别设置在活塞体和缸体上,位于活塞体上的轴向充磁永磁铁通过活塞体相对于另一轴向充磁永磁铁相向或者相背移动,且两轴向充磁永磁铁的相对面相互排斥;径向充磁永磁铁与缸体内壁之间形成阻尼流道,且磁性液体在活塞体相对于缸体相对移动的过程中在阻尼流道内流动。本发明能够输出足够大的阻尼力、缓冲过程稳定,能够提升现有缓冲技术的综合抗冲击性能,特别是能够满足高速重载荷冲击下的缓冲要求。

本发明公开一种水导激光水射流稳定增强耦合装置,包括:上壳体,上壳体内开设有激光入射腔,用于为激光射入耦合装置提供入射口;下壳体底面开设有射流腔;下壳体内还安装有双面喷嘴;中间壳体中心开设有容纳腔,上壳体及下壳体均安装于容纳腔内;中间壳体顶面还向下开设有与容纳腔连通的灌注腔;灌注腔内形成有灌注组件;本发明通过灌注腔供高压水射入容纳腔内,压水通过径向分流沟槽实现流量的均匀分布,通过喷嘴形成高压水射流,在喷嘴下方设有环形气缝,在水射流周围形成保护气氛,以增强水射流的稳定性,延长了激光与水射流完全耦合长度,提高了水导激光加工设备的加工距离和加工精度。

本发明公开一种集成式无滑靴液压泵‑马达能量回收单元,属于流体传动与控制技术领域,包括轴向斜盘液压泵和轴向斜盘液压马达两部分。本发明工作时电机驱动液压泵吸入原料海水并增压,产生的高压海水经反渗透膜过滤变成高压浓盐水进入液压马达,完成能量回收过程后通过低压浓盐水出口排出。本发明不仅减少了传统斜盘式柱塞泵‑马达中的两对摩擦副,而且解决了镜像对称布置带来的中间转盘两侧压力不平衡和缸体倾斜布置带来的装置振动过大、同步销易失效的问题,克服了现有能量回收装置集成度低、摩擦副较多和盐/海水存在掺混等缺点,具有能量回收效率高、无掺混、低振动、运行平稳和工作寿命长等明显技术优势。

Rotary energy recovery devices (RERDs) play a significant role in reducing the consumption of energy used in the desalination of seawater by reverse osmosis (SWRO). An integrated energy recovery and pressure boost device (IERPBD) applied to the recovery of hydraulic energy from the concentrated brine and pressurizes synchronously the seawater is introduced. To address the complex motion of the multiple lubricating gaps in IERPBD, especially piston ball/slipper and slipper/swashplate interfaces, an innovative computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model based on User Defined Function (UDF) is originally proposed. The characteristics of pressure, flow and mixing are analyzed to reveal the influence of multiple lubricating gaps leakage and mixing on energy recovery process. In addition, a SWRO system is built to investigate the effect of operating parameters and seawater salinities on the energy recovery and mixing properties of the IERPBD, and its structural parameters are optimized by parametric study, which further reveals the comprehensive characteristics of the IERPBD. The results indicate that the proposed CFD methodology can precisely analyze the energy loss and mixing properties of RERDs, and the utilization of IERPBD can diminish 25.7% of the energy consumption of SWRO system with 24.2% freshwater recovery ratio and 10 m(3)/d freshwater production.

Aiming at the problem of low-frequency vibration of the hydraulic pipeline, a new type of semi-active damping magnetorheological (MR) damping clamp structure is designed. The structure size and material of the MR damping clamp were determined. The control model of the vibration damping system was established, and the control method combining fuzzy control and Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control was used to carry out the numerical simulation, which proved that the fuzzy-PID control algorithm is effective and stable. The results show that the MR damping clamp proposed in this paper can effectively suppress the axial displacement and acceleration of the hydraulic pipeline in the excitation frequency range of 1 Hz-10 Hz. This research provides a new technical approach for low-frequency vibration control of hydraulic pipelines.

In this research, a hybrid of surrogate model and Multi-island genetic algorithm (MIGA) is proposed for optimization and compensation of steady-state flow force on water hydraulic high-speed on-off valve (HSV) driven by voice coil motor. Firstly, a dynamic model on the spool of HSV is established, and the effects of spool displacement, spool half-cone angle, valve stem diameter and inlet pressure on the steady-state flow force of HSV are analyzed through the CFD simulation. Secondly, a quadratic response surface model is set up based on design of experiment (DOE) to analyze interactions of key parameters on steady-state flow force. MIGA is proposed to optimise the structural parameters of HSV, and the optimization results are analyzed and verified by CFD simulations. Simulation results demonstrate that the steady-state flow force is reduced significantly. Finally, the steady-state flow force in the optimized structure of HSV is also verified experimentally. The experiment results exhibit that the optimized spool can compensate about 71% for the steady-state flow force, then reduce about 15% the energy consumption of HSV. This research will provide the guide for the design and engineering application of HSV.
