摘要 :
Given the current complex heterogeneous network environment, choosing different networks in different user scenarios limits the effectiveness of network access. To solve this problem, an algorithm based on DDQN is proposed to optimize the network configuration. The reward value is determined by service type, throughput, delay, and signal strength. DDQN can avoid the ping-pong effect that can be generated by network selection and stabilize the network environment by splitting action selection and action evaluation to prevent overestimation. The experimental results show that the algorithm can autonomously select and assign network protocols and can more accurately find network access methods suitable for user scenarios than the current network switching method represented by a single network parameter based on RSSI and CCA. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要 :
提高农业转移人口的进城落户意愿是推动户籍人口城镇化发展的重要途径.然而,当下各地农业转移人口进城落户积极性不高,提升户籍人口城镇化率并不乐观.基于推拉理论,利用中国流动人口动态监测调查数据(CMDS),采用二元Logit模型与中介效应模型,分析土地资源禀赋对农业转移人口进城落户意愿的影响,探讨两者间的作用机制.结果表明,农业转移人口进城落户意愿总体较低,占比为48.91%,农业转移人口拥有承包地与宅基地的比例分别为61.40%和71.71%.土地资源禀赋显著抑制了农业转移人口的进城落户意愿,农业转移人口的身份认同、社会交往状况在土地资源禀赋影响进城落户意愿的过程中发挥着中介效应,社会保障状况发挥着显著的负向调节效应.进一步研究发现,土地流转将会提高农业转移人口的进城落户意愿.因此,一方面要加快农村土地制度改革与农民土地权益保障机制设计,消除阻碍农业转移人口进城落户的体制障碍;另一方面也要通过土地为农业转移人口留条退路,增强社会结构的弹性,维护社会稳定.

摘要 :
一种聚合物固态聚电解质的改性方法,属于固态聚电解质隔膜技术领域。本发明采用PEO改性的纳米TiO2,然后与聚环氧烷‑聚苯醚类共聚物复合,有效地改善了无机颗粒与PEO聚合物基体的相容性,使得TiO2纳米颗粒更加均匀地分散在有机聚合物基体中,提高PEO链段的运动能力,进而有效降低了聚合物的结晶度,提高了其离子电导率。

The magnetic property of soft magnetic material is much dependent on its shape and anisotropy. In this work, the flake-like FeNi3 particles with 3D-network structure have been synthesized through hydrazine reduction at ambient condition in the presence of sodium lignosulfonate (SLS). The morphology and crystalline structure of the FeNi3 nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersion spectrum (EDS). Both of the static and dynamic magnetic property of the FeNi3 particles were investigated. The results indicated that the morphology of the FeNi3 particles changed from spherical to flake shape with increasing SLS concentration or reaction time. The possible mechanism on the variation of particles morphology was proposed. The static magnetic property indicated that the flake-like FeNi3 showed a higher saturation magnetization and coercivity than that of the spherical particles. Dynamic magnetic performance showed that the flake-like FeNi3 particles also exhibited significantly higher real part (μ') and imaginary part (μ') of the complex permeability than the spherical particles, especially in the range 0.6–1.0 GHz. © 2021 The Society of Powder Technology Japan

Here, an in situ N incorporation method was developed to boost the efficiency and durability of CoMoS4 electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution. Theoretical and experimental results reveal that such modification not only reduces the energy barrier of H* desorption by decreasing the electron densities around active metal sites, but also decreases the leaching rates of the metal ions with enhanced stability.

Manganese oxide composites with mixed valence states were prepared through the hydrothermal method by compositing with Ti4O7 and calcining at different temperatures, and their ORR and OER catalytic performance were investigated. The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM-EDS, HRTEM-EDS, and XPS methods to analyse their phase constitution, morphology feature, and surface composition. The major phase of manganese oxides was Mn3O4, which is a one-dimensional structure, and its growth was induced by Ti4O7. The ORR and OER catalytic activity can be enhanced due to the preferred orientation of manganese oxides. Electrochemical measurements, namely CV, LSV and EIS, were utilized for determining the ORR and OER catalytic activity, whereas CA and ADT were used for studying the durability and stability. A Li-O2 battery was assembled to test the electrochemical behavior and properties in practical application. MnOx/Ti4O7 calcined at 300 °C exhibited the best catalytic activity of 0.72 V vs. RHE half-wave potential for ORR and 0.67 V vs. RHE overpotential for OER. The proportion of Mn3+ was also highest in all the MnOx/Ti4O7 composites. The assembled Li-O2 battery shows high performance with a voltage gap of only 0.85 V. Therefore, it can be affirmed that the inducement of Ti4O7 could strengthen the preferred orientation in manganese oxide growth and Mn3+ in MnOx/Ti4O7 plays a vital role in catalyzing ORR and OER, with both improving the ORR and OER bifunctional catalytic performance of manganese oxides. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Based on the non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulation method (NEMD), the present paper investigated the thermal rectification effect in the solid-liquid interface system. The thermal rectification model is proposed by using the temperature-dependent adsorption effect of the fluid molecules on the solid surface. The influence of the solid-liquid interaction intensity on the thermal rectification is examined by MD simulations. It is found that the heat flux from liquid to solid is higher than that in the opposite direction for weak solid-liquid interaction strength, while the heat flux from solid to liquid can be much larger for strong solid-liquid interaction strength. Therefore, the thermal rectification effect in the solid-liquid interface can be reversed. © 2020, Science Press. All right reserved.

The heat transfer through nanoscale confined fluids under transversal temperature gradients are investigated by using nonequilibrium molecular dynamics (NEMD) simulations. Due to the asymmetric adsorption on the heterogeneous structure, the thermal accommodation coefficients and the fluid pressure for the forward and backward directions are found to be different with each other, which in turn results in the thermal rectification effect. By increasing the discrepancy between the left and right solid-fluid interface parameters, the thermal rectification effect can be enhanced. © 2020, Science Press. All right reserved.
