摘要 :
A capillary coating with a photochromic spiropyran doped polydimethylsiloxane composite for HCl vapor detection is developed. By this simple method, that is, by the waveguiding capacity of capillary, the responsive fluorescence of spiropyran is efficiently collected to the spectrometer. A rapid sensing as short as 5 s to sub-ppm levels HCl vapor concentration (0.15-3 ppm) is achieved. Furthermore, the UV-responsive properties of spiropyran doped polydimethylsiloxane composite are investigated. Intriguingly, a wide range of UV intensity (20 mu W/cm(2) to 1447 mu W/cm(2)) is able to be linearly responded through the proposed strategy. This method does not need complex fabrication processes or chemical treatments but provides a robust signal and rapid response for small acid vapor concentration detection. We envision that this research may enhance the potential of photochromism for applications in acid vapor sensing and UV dosimeter.

The development of Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) promotes the wide application of Raman spectroscopy in chemical and biomolecular detection. SERS detection relies on analytes in close contact with the metallic surface, and therefore direct molecular trace detection in the liquid phase is difficult. In this paper, static liquid phase SERS detection was performed simply using a capillary without pre-functionalization. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with an optimized size ensure localized surface plasmons in resonance with the exciting laser light. Grazing incidence and multimode interference in the capillary ensure that the longitudinal Raman signal is effectively excited and accumulated. An enhancement factor as high as 108 and a detection limit of 10-9 M of crystal violet in aqueous solution have been achieved. © 2021 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has been widely used owing to its high sensitivity and rapid response. In particular, 3D SERS-active platforms greatly extend the interaction area and ensure the ability to directly detect trace amounts of molecules in liquids. A silver-coated capillary, with the ability of liquid sampling and light guiding, provides a new platform for high-performance SERS substrates. In this paper, the silver mirror reaction was used for coating silver on the outer wall of the capillary. PDMS was used as a coating material to protect the silver film. Because of the silver coating, Mie scattering and Raman scattering in the liquid channel can be refocused and reflected back which greatly reduces the propagation loss and extends the interaction length. An enhancement factor as high as 10(8) and a detection limit of 10(-10) M of rhodamine 6G in aqueous solution have been achieved. Moreover, the SERS intensity is homogeneous across the end face of the liquid channel, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) value changing within 7%. The large area and high homogeneity greatly reduce the requirement of light coupling precision and liquid injection pressure. Using a common flange optical fiber connector, the capillary can be simply connected and aligned with a multimode fiber with a detection limit of 10(-8) M. The experiment results show great potential for the development of an optofluidic integrated system in the future.

一种光致聚合超疏水表面的制备方法及其SERS应用,属于纳米材料学和激光拉曼光谱检测领域。该制备方法包括:将两种单体与光引发剂混合后用紫外灯照射进行聚合得到疏水聚合物,再通过反应离子束刻蚀技术(RIE)得到有微纳结构的超疏水表面。本发明提供了一种基于超疏水聚合物表面的SERS基底,将5ul含有SERS增强剂的罗丹明6G(R6G)溶液滴到本发明的表面上,待其干燥后进行拉曼测试,并选取特征峰建立高光谱拉曼图像。在干燥的区域内都可以收集到均匀的拉曼强度,检测限可达10‑10M,RSD小于10%。本发明操作简便快速,成本低,重现性好,易于集成系统的形成。

摘要 :
一种基于螺吡喃掺杂的PDMS传感检测器及传感应用,属于传感器技术领域。首先制备了具有光致变色特性的螺吡喃染料掺杂的聚二甲基硅氧烷复合材料。其次利用毛细管作为荧光的波导层,增强所探测的荧光强度。将填充SP‑PDMS和外涂覆SP‑PDMS的毛细管与裸光纤适配器匹配,可以直接接入USB4000光谱仪来探测出射的荧光光谱。通过荧光光谱的变化来表征紫外辐射强度和HCl气体浓度,提高了检测精度。

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a molecule-specific ultra-sensitive spectroscopic technique. With the development of portable Raman equipment, it has become possible to apply the SERS technique for rapid on-site detection. Therefore, the search for materials with excellent surface plasmon resonance (SPR) activity and high stability has become an important research focus in recent years. In this study, we successfully prepared plasmonic nanostructures with a large number of SERS "hotspots" using alloy nanoparticles (NPs) with tunable gold-silver mole ratios. These structures were composed of numerous narrow gapped gold-silver alloy NPs with diameters ranging from 10 to 100 nm. SERS property evaluation showed that the prepared alloy SERS substrates had good uniformity, and the performance of the substrates rapidly improved as the Ag content increased. Gold-stabilized Au-Ag alloy SERS substrates combine the high performance of the Ag SERS substrate and the excellent stability of Au. In addition, the wavelength of the SPR can be tuned by adjusting the mole ratio of Au and Ag to satisfy different excitation wavelengths. Thus, the Au-Ag alloy SERS substrates we prepared show good comprehensive performance. The lowest concentration of rhodamine 6G that can be homogeneously detected by the prepared Au(1)Ag(8)alloy substrate is 5 x 10(-12) M, and the enhancement factor is 5.1 x 10(8). Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) theoretical calculations further confirmed our experimental results and theoretically demonstrated the unique properties of the Au-Ag alloy SERS substrates.

一种基于金纳米颗粒的液芯光纤随机激光器的制备方法,属于随机激光器技术领域。本发明采用光纤内壁自组装形式在管内壁组装金纳米颗粒,避免了以往运用纳米颗粒混杂PDMS等固化剂涂覆方式所带来的纳米颗粒与激光增益物质接触面积少、效率差的缺点。本发明所述基于金纳米颗粒的液芯光纤随机激光增益介质采用纤芯填充增益物质溶液作为激光增益物质的方法,改善了常见随机激光器中激光方向性差,输出功率低,阈值高等缺点。本发明制作的随机激光器的结构简单,制作方便,且具有成本低廉以及环境友好的特点。

一种基于微结构光纤的拉曼测试辅助调节耦合的实时成像系统,属于激光拉曼光谱检测、光电子和光纤光学应用领域。由便携式集成激光器拉曼探头、光谱仪、全反镜、分光镜、非球面透镜、显微物镜、变焦透镜组、CCD探测器组成。本申请旨在搭建一种能够在激光耦合过程中同时对光纤前后端面实时成像的系统。提出使用CCD结合透镜组通过精细调节来实时观测耦合位置,提高耦合效率。并以此提高拉曼信号的强度,提高拉曼系统的检测精度。

一种钙钛矿结构RNH3PbBr3纳米晶荧光材料的制备方法,属于发光材料技术领域。该方法将RNH3Br与PbBr2溶于极性有机溶剂中并加入一定量的烷基胺类晶粒抑制剂以形成前驱体溶液,取适量前驱体溶液滴加入临界极性混合有机溶剂中,使钙钛矿纳米晶析出。本发明在常温下进行,制备过程简便,反应时间短,产率高。所获得的的钙钛矿纳米晶具有良好的稳定性和较高的荧光效率,在电致发光、显示器件、激光器件中具有潜在的应用前景。
