The Mo-10Si-(0, 5, 10, 15)B (at.%) alloys located in Moss (Mo solid solution) +Mo3Si +T2 (Mo5SiB2) region were prepared by arc melting. The effect of B content on the microstructure, microhardness, fracture toughness and oxidation resistance of the alloys was studied. In the Mo-10Si alloy, there are primary Mo-ss and peritectic Mo3Si phases. With the addition of B, (Mo-ss + T2) binary and (Mo-ss + T2 + Mo3Si) ternary eutectics emerge in Mo-10Si-(5, 10)B alloys. For Mo-10Si-15B alloy, primary Moss disappears and the mi-crostructure is only composed of binary and ternary eutectics. With the increase of B content, the proportion and grain size of Mo-ss decrease. The microhardness of alloys increases with the increase of B content due to the increasing intermetallics. The fracture toughness of alloys decreases obviously in single-edge notched three-point bending testing (SENB) and the fracture mode transforms from transgranular fracture to intergranular fracture because of the refinement of Mo-ss. In the high-temperature oxidation test at 1250 degrees C, the oxidation weight loss of the alloys decreases with the addition of B due to the densification of the borosilicate layer. 为满足马氏体不锈钢熔覆层的高效制备需求,在合金成分优化基础上,采用激光熔覆技术制备了单层厚度超过2 mm的FeCrNiMo合金熔覆层,并对其微观组织结构与摩擦磨损行为进行了研究。结果表明,熔覆层厚度均匀,无明显裂纹等缺陷,组织从表面沿厚度方向依次为等轴晶、树枝晶、胞状晶,枝晶内为马氏体,晶间为富Cr、Mo元素的铁素体。在环-块摩擦磨损形式下,随着施加载荷加大,摩擦系数和磨损量逐渐增加;熔覆层以磨粒磨损和氧化磨损机制为主,但在高载荷下黏着磨损倾向增大。在球盘往复摩擦磨损形式下,随温度升高,摩擦系数下降,熔覆层发生热软化,磨损量增加;熔覆层以氧化磨损和疲劳磨损机制为主。

本发明公开了一种利用激光增材制备点阵结构非晶‑纳米晶合金的方法,属于金属激光增材制造技术领域,所述方法包括:制备符合激光增材制造需求且具有较高非晶形成能力的锆基/钛基非晶合金粉末,利用激光增材制造技术获得能够成形非晶/纳米晶合金的临界尺寸及其相匹配的工艺参数,结合临界尺寸及点阵结构的静力载荷应力分布情况,完成强塑性匹配的点阵结构设计,在此基础上,利用激光增材制造技术制备点阵结构非晶/纳米晶合金。本发明所制备的点阵结构非晶/纳米晶合金具有高的比强度和塑性变形能力。

Atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) is widely used in the fabrication of hydroxyapatite (HA) coating due to the advantages of low-cost, simple operation and it can be used to fabricate coatings with controllable structure. Despite all these advantages, the application of APS deposited HA coating for long-term use is limited by its low crystallinity, low phase purity and poor antibacterial property efficiency. Herein, HA coatings with high crystallinity, phase purity and c-axis crystalline orientation were fabricated by APS. In vitro cell, culture testing suggested that the c-axis oriented HA coating was more effective to promote the proliferation of osteoblasts cells compared with other coatings. The antibacterial activity of HA coating against the bacteria indicated that the c-axis oriented HA coating restrained the bacterial adhesion, and the antibacterial effect of the E. coli bacteria was more pronounced than that of the S. epidermidis bacteria. This study suggests that the HA coatings with the specific c-axis crystalline orientation are available for their potential applications for orthopedic and dental implantation. © 2021 Elsevier B.V.

In this research, FeCrMoMn coatings with excellent corrosion resistance and metallurgical quality were deposited on the 45# steel substrate by conventional and high-speed laser cladding at the scanning speed of 0.4 m/min, 40 m/min and 70 m/min, respectively. Their microstructure, phase composition, hardness and corrosion resistance were characterized and compared. The results show that compared with the conventional cladding, high-speed laser cladding leads to a decrease in grain size, heat affected zone, and the dilution rate of the coatings due to solute trapping of coatings. Metallurgical bonding is formed between the substrate and the coatings, and the hardness and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the coatings are also significantly improved.

摘要 :
To improve thermal barrier applications in advanced vehicle engines, a novel Fe-based amorphous composite coating was designed by introducing ceramic oxides and was prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying (APS). The microstructure and related properties of the as-deposited coating were investigated in detail. The composite coating comprises a well-formed FeCrNbBSi amorphous metallic matrix and dispersed yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) splats. A unique Si-oxide interfacial layer with a thickness of several nanometers and an amorphous structure forms between the metallic matrix and ceramic phase, which is attributed to a combination of multiple effects. The composite coating displays extremely low thermal conductivity from 2.28 W/mK at 100 °C to 3.36 W/mK at 600 °C and can increase the surface temperature of the piston crown by 18.93 °C, which implies a significant means of enhancing the power efficiency. The improved thermal barrier ability of the composite coating is revealed as the crucial effect of the Si-oxide interfacial layer, which induces an increased interfacial thermal resistance. The fracture toughness of the composite coating remains at 3.40 MPa·m1/2, comparable to that of the monolithic amorphous coating, 3.74 MPa·m1/2, which is closely related to the formation of a Si-oxide layer and its nanoscale thickness. Therefore, the Fe-based amorphous composite coating developed here demonstrates great potential as an innovative metal-based thermal barrier coating for application in vehicle engines and provides specific inspiration for future works exploring the interfacial engineering of coating.

增材制造技术(AM)是一种基于离散-堆积原理,以计算机模型数据来加工组件的新型制造技术.激光选区熔化(SLM)作为增材制造领域的一项重要技术,以其一体化制造特点和在复杂结构零部件制造领域的显著优势,成为航空航天制造领域的重点发展技术和前沿方向.本文综述了SLM技术的材料体系和应用领域,主要对SLM技术的最新工艺研究和航空航天领域的典型应用进行细致分析.重点阐述SLM铁基合金、镍基合金、钛合金和铝合金等材料体系的研究进展及成果.SLM技术在各领域广泛应用的同时,也存在成形材料内部缺陷多、高性能材料的裂纹及变形、标准体系的欠缺和粉末材料兼容性低等诸多问题和不足之处,使其发展受到一定制约,需要在这些方面做更深入的工作.

采用超音速火焰喷涂在铸铁表面制备了NiCrBSi喷涂涂层,以研究其在不同温度下的摩擦磨损行为.?采用pin-on-disc试验设备在室温和300?℃下对NiCrBSi涂层进行了摩擦磨损试验,分析了温度对NiCrBSi涂层摩擦系数和磨损率的影响规律;采用XRD和SEM对NiCrBSi喷涂态涂层进行了微观组织结构分析;通过SEM对涂层磨损样品的表面和截面进行了微观组织观察,探索涂层在不同温度下的磨损机制.?结果表明,NiCrBSi涂层结构致密,具有典型的喷涂层状结构,主要由γ-Ni相、Cr7C3相、Ni3B相和CrB相组成;孔隙率为1.11%,硬度为742?HV0.1?±24?HV0.1.?NiCrBSi涂层在室温下发生明显的粘滑现象,随着试验温度的升高,涂层的摩擦系数降低;升高的试验温度导致涂层硬度降低,涂层磨损率升高,耐磨性能下降.?涂层在室温及300?℃下的磨损机制由磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损组成,随着温度的升高,磨粒磨损越加严重.

In the present research, spherical W–Mo alloy powder for additive manufacturing was successfully synthesized by spray granulation (SG) in combination with thermal plasma spheroidization (TPS). Firstly, W and Mo particles (1–3 μm) were banded together through SG and formed porous agglomerated powder with desired particle size distribution and flowability. The porous agglomerated W–Mo powder was subsequently melted through thermal plasma, W and Mo dissolved together and formed solid solution accompanied with powder densification during TPS. Through optimization of the process conditions, the spheroidized W–Mo alloy powder exhibits homogeneous element distribution, low oxygen content (~0.08%), and good flowability (10 s/50 g), which meet the demand for laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). Remarkably, nearly full dense W–Mo alloy with few pores could be fabricated by LPBF based on the spheroidized W–Mo alloy powder. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd
