本发明公开了一种用于催化二氧化碳与环氧化物进行环加成反应的共聚物的制备方法,该共聚物为丙烯酸与1‑乙烯基咪唑的共聚物;该制备方法,包括:在磁力搅拌下,将水相滴加到油相中,并将乳液进行加热、保温;其中,水相包括丙烯酸、1‑乙烯基咪唑和水,油相包括液体石蜡和乳化剂;向乳液中加入偶氮二异丁腈,保温进行反应;反应结束后,冷却至室温、离心分离、洗涤,然后冷冻干燥以除去残留的溶剂和水,得到共聚物。本发明所制得的共聚物含有咪唑基团和可在有机溶剂中稳定存在并溶胀的交联网络,可作为多相催化剂,无需添加助催化剂和有机溶剂,即可进行二氧化碳与环氧化物的环加成反应生成环状碳酸酯。

本发明公开了一种在斜发沸石表面原位生长微晶的复合材料制备方法,包括:先利用表面活性剂及其水热合成方法改性斜发沸石,并分别采用无机酸溶液处理和硅烷偶联剂修饰将有机配体嫁接在改性斜发沸石的表面,从而通过配位键将微晶与斜发沸石进行复合,以制得斜发沸石与微晶复合材料。该复合材料可有效的改善单一斜发沸石比表面积较小的问题,从而增强了气体的吸附分离能力,该方法通过共价键在斜发沸石表面原位复合微晶,增强了微晶与斜发沸石之间的相互作用力,从而使得复合材料结构更加稳定,在纯化煤层气(吸附分离甲烷与氮气)中表现出较强的应用潜力。

The constructed strategy of the disorderly layered UiO-66-on-clinoptilolite heterostructures was proposed through assistance of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). Their physicochemical properties were demonstrated via various characterizations, such as X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns and scanning/transmission electron microscope (SEM/TEM) images. Particularly, the small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) method was employed to elucidate their fractal structure evolutions, manifesting the transformations of surface fractal with irregularity and roughness. The results showed that the PEG introduction was beneficial to the formation of disorderly layered clinoptilolites (CP). The particles sizes of UiO-66-NH2 were successfully controlled via additive PVP, and the interactions between UiO-66-NH2 and deposited CP-PEG were enhanced. The preliminarily adsorption performances of the obtained UiO-66-on-CPs exhibited a superior selective factor (around 26) of CO2/CH4. This approach may open a new avenue to improve its adsorption selective performance for CO2 and CH4 due to its dual microporous features and enlarged lamellar spacing.

With the assistance of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), the delamination of disorderly layered cli-noptilolite (CP) was performed. The introduction of CTAB in hydrothermal system was beneficial to stratification of CP lamellas by enlarging interlayer spacing, and thus accelerating the formation of disordered CP nanosheets. The hydrophobic alkyl chain restricts the crystal growth along a-axis and the few-layer CP lamellas with inte-grally preserved heulandite structures were obtained by ultrasonic treatment and HNO3 modification at room temperature. Meanwhile, the CTAB-assisted crystallization mechanism was further elucidated, in which, the amorphous spherical nanoparticles were firstly generated and then transformed into the fibrous and lamellar species. Finally, the flower-like CP morphologies with the aggregated nanosheets appeared. Meanwhile, the selective adsorptions and separations of CO2 and CH4 using these delaminated CPs as the absorbents were preliminarily explored, showing a strong potential in the mixed gases separation applications. This approach is a promising strategy for constructing delaminated zeolites with low n(SiO2/Al2O3), which may open a new avenue for the delaminated CP nanosheet applications in gas adsorption and separation fields.

本发明公开了一种基于天然斜发沸石同步脱氮除磷吸附剂材料的制备方法及应用,包括:将天然斜发沸石粉碎至粒径为5‑10mm的颗粒,常温下用水浸泡,并置于超声波震荡0.5‑1h;在超声波震荡体系中,加入含有有机改性剂的水溶液后继续超声波震荡0.5‑1h;过滤得到吸附剂材料。本发明所制备的吸附剂材料针对高浓度氮磷废水,能够同步高效脱氮除磷,对氨氮脱除率在97%以上、总磷脱除率在85%以上,减少水体的富营养化发生;而且具有生产工艺简单,操作方便,设备较少,成本低等实际应用价值。

Synthesis and Characterizations of High Crystallized Clinoptilolite by Structure Directing Agent Method and its Crystallization Kinetics SCIE

The clinoptilolites (CPs) with high purity were prepared via structure directing agent (SDA) method combining with hydrothermal method using silica sol as the silica source and aluminum hydroxide as the aluminum source. Their structural features were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, thermal gravimetric (TG) analysis, scanning electron micrograph (SEM) images, Si-29 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) profiles. The effects of additive amount and aging time of used SDA, as well as synthetic parameters such as crystallization temperature and crystallization time on their structure and performance were emphasized. Particularly, the activation energies of their crystallization kinetics at different stages of induction period and growth period were calculated on the basis of Arrhenius equation. The results demonstrated that the obtained CPs presented the highest relative crystallinity when the additive amount of used SDA was 1 mL at aging periods of 2 d, otherwise, their relative crystallinity degree was low due to existences of a large number of heterocrystal impurities. Particularly, the apparent activation energy values for induction (E-n) and growth (E-g) profile were calculated by the Arrhenius equation. The E-n value (86.46 kJ/mol) of induction period was much higher than that E-g value (9.64 kJ/mol) of growth stage, suggesting that the induction period was the main controlling step during the synthetic CP. Finally, the synthetic CP was employed to preliminarily assess its performances for CH4/N-2 separation. These demonstrations provide a promising method for the synthesis of CPs.

本发明提供一种花瓣状斜发沸石的制备方法,包括:将碱源、铝源、水混合均匀,得到溶液Ⅰ;将非离子型表面活性剂、硅源、水混合均匀,得到溶液Ⅱ;将溶液Ⅱ加入到溶液Ⅰ中,并加入晶种,在80‑200℃下水热晶化10‑96h,冷却至室温后,经有机溶剂洗涤并离心分离后,进行干燥、煅烧,得到花瓣状斜发沸石。本发明通过添加非离子型表面活性剂有利于调控斜发沸石的生长行为,合成出一种具有花瓣状形貌的斜发沸石,所制备的产品保持了良好的结晶度和纯度;同时,本发明的制备方法具有产率高、能耗低、操作易行等特点,尤其适合规模化工业生产。

Clinoptilolite (CP) with various morphologies, such as spherical, flower, cylindrical, and disc-shape, were successfully synthesized in the presence of alcohol solvents with different carbon chain lengths. The structural and textural properties of the resultant CPs were characterized via XRD, SEM, TG-DSC profiles, TEM, NMR, FT-IR spectra, and N-2 sorption isotherms. The effect of the additive amount of various alcohol solvents on the induction (nucleation) periods and growth stages of synthetic CPs were detailed investigated. Their activation energies of induction (E-n) and growth (E-g) periods during crystallization intervals were calculated according to the Arrhenius equation, where the former being larger than the latter, indicating that nucleation is the key step during the whole synthesis of CPs. Particularly, the E-n value gradually increased as the increasing chain-length of the used alcohol, but smaller than that without additive alcohols. These demonstrations implied that the presence of alcohol solvents is beneficial to promote the nucleation process of synthetic CP. Furthermore, their CH4 and N-2 adsorption capacity and selectivity were preliminary explored, showing the highest selective factor of 5.58 at 0 degrees C for CH4/N-2 separation using flower-like CP as an adsorbent. These results suggested a promising adsorbent for wide applications in gas separation.
