一种微纳双尺度TiB2颗粒增强铝基复合材料与双级热处理工艺,属于铝合金和颗粒增强铝基复合材料领域。按照下述步骤进行:①按合金成分配料熔炼、浇铸。②采用双级固溶热处理工艺,先对微纳颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行一级固溶热处理515℃/6h,然后再进行二级固溶热处理530℃/1.5h,将双级固溶处理合金在10秒内进行水淬。最后将水淬试样在170℃进行8h单级时效热处理,最终得到时效态3wt%TiB2微纳颗粒增强高强铝基复合材料。可以达到合金在不发生过烧现象的前提下固溶更多金属间化合物的目的,最终制备出的时效态双尺度颗粒增强铝基复合材料具有较高的高温力学性能。

一种高温性能优异的多组元耐高温钛合金及制备方法,属于钛合金技术领域。多组元高温钛合金的质量百分比组分Al:6‑7%,Sn:2‑3%,Zr:8‑10%,Mo:0.4%‑1.0%,Nb:0.5%‑1.2%,W:0.5%‑1.2%,Si:0.2%‑0.4%,Re:0.08%‑0.2%,余量为Ti。制备新型多组元高温钛合金,多向等温锻造后采用单向轧制,而后进行固溶时效处理来大幅提高其高温性能。650℃下,抗拉强度超大于等于700MPa,延伸率大于等于30%。

一种TiB2颗粒增强Al‑Zn‑Mg‑Cu‑Zr复合材料制备及非等温固溶工艺,属于铝基复合材料制备技术领域。按下述步骤进行:①按材料成分配料进行熔炼,通过半连续铸造技术得到铸锭;②采用400℃/6h+465℃/30h对铸锭进行均匀化退火,③将均匀化后的复合材料在400~420℃预热2h后进行热锻造、轧制或热挤压处理;④将热加工后的复合材料进行非等温固溶工艺。初始温度为400~440℃,以0.5~1℃/min的升温速率缓慢升温至460~480℃;在460~480℃温度下保温20~40min,淬火后进行T6峰时效处理,得到具有优异的强度、延伸率、弹性模量的复合材料。

The influence of B and Y on the microstructure, microsegregation, and tensile behaviour of the Ti45A18Nb0.2W0.25Cr (at%) alloy was investigated. The beta-stabilizer elements in the high-Nb TiAl alloy promote the formation of the gamma phase in the microsegregation region and lead to the formation of large blocky microsegregation areas. The large blocky microsegregation regions with low specific surface areas reduce the nucleation rate of cavities and cracks at the interfaces of the microsegregation, which are harmful to colony boundary strengthening and decrease tensile resistance. The addition of B and Y affords an obvious refinement in the lamellar colony, renders an increasing opportunity for cavity nucleation at the colony boundary, and thus improves the tensile resistance. The tensile mechanisms of the alloys before and after (B, Y) addition were also compared and analysed.

Influence of 2D forging processes and boron contents on the microstructures and mechanical properties of near ? titanium alloys SCIE

2D forging processes are adopted to tailor the microstructures and mechanical properties of near ? titanium alloys with different boron contents and the evolutions of the microstructures and mechanical properties of the acquired alloys are carefully characterised. Maximum texture intensities decrease with increasing boron contents, thereby illustrating the improvements in the homogeneity of the microstructures. The distribution of TiB whiskers in the 3D space exhibits a near-columnar arrangement around boundaries of squashed and elongated prior 13 grains along the stretching direction. Increases in the contents of equiaxed ? grains with increasing TiB contents are ascribed to enhancements in recrystallisation due to the promotion effects of the TiB phase and increases in 13 transus temperatures. Boron exhibits excellent refinement effects on the alloy matrices, and the refinement degree increases with increasing boron contents. The proportions of low-angle grain boundaries decrease whilst the corresponding proportions of high-angle grain boundaries increase with increasing boron contents. The ultimate and yield strengths of the alloys increase at room temperature (RT) and 650 ?C. Elongations exhibit a decreasing trend at RT but are maintained at 650 ?C. At RT, cleavage fractures of the TiB whiskers determine the evolution law of elongation. The fracture characteristics of alloy matrices exhibit a transformation from a mixture of tearing lamellae and dimples to dimples only. At 650 ?C, the alloy matrices are characterised by ductile fractures with numerous dimples. Er containing particles facilitate the fracture of alloy through cooperative effects with TiB whiskers.

研究了B和Y对Ti45Al8Nb0.2W0.25Cr (at%)合金的微观结构、微观偏析和拉伸行为的影响。结果表明,高铌Ti Al合金中的β相稳定元素促进了微观偏析区域中γ相以及大块状微观偏析区域的形成。具有低比表面积的大块状微偏析区域降低了微偏析界面处的空洞和裂纹的成核率,明显降低了晶界处的强度和合金的抗拉强度。B和Y的添加明显的细化了片层团,增加了片层团处空洞成核的机会,从而提高了变形抗力。分析了2种合金的拉伸机理。

Ti-6.5Al-2.5Sn-9Zr-0.5Mo-0.25Si-1Nb-1W-0.1Er-xB (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 wt%) with different boron contents are fabricated for investigation. Influences of boron element and its amounts on phase constitutions, microstructures, textures and compression mechanical properties are carefully studied. With the increasing boron additions, contents of TiB phase increase, and the maximum intensities of textures decrease. Microstructures are significantly and continuously refined after adding boron element and with the increasing boron additions, and turning point of refinement rates for different microstructural parameters is found at 0.2 wt% boron content. Strengths increase monotonously, while elongations increase firstly and decrease afterwards. The maximum value of elongation is acquired at boron content of 0.2 wt%. On the premise of ensuring plasticity, 0.2 wt% boron content is the most appropriate amount for microstructural refinement and mechanical properties enhancement for current near alpha titanium alloys. Meanwhile, aspect ratios of TiB whiskers increase with the increasing boron contents. Lots of near equiaxed alpha grains or alpha grains with irregular morphologies are discovered around TiB phase. Distorted and twisted alpha grain boundaries are also obviously detected in boron containing alloys. Moreover, premature fracture of alloys containing TiB whiskers is largely influenced by the fracture of these brittle reinforcements. TiB2 particles clusters evolution, mechanical properties and strengthening mechanisms of in situ 6wt% TiB2/Al-Zn-Mg-Cu composites subjected by two-step deformation process were studied. The results suggest that large TiB2 clusters and belts can hinder elements dissolution and diffusion, leading to partial transformation from T phase to S phase. Two-step orthogonal deformation can effectively break the TiB2 clusters to release the wrapped phases, which is conductive to solution process. Low fraction of residual T and S phases, broken brittle phases and uniform TiB2 distribution are in favor of mechanical properties. In T6 state, eta' and GP II are the main reinforcement phases, which can contribute to yield strength about 355.30 MPa estimated by strengthening model, dislocation reinforcement contribution is about 112.70 MPa. The 6wt% TiB2/Al-Zn-Mg-Cu composite subjected two-step deformation owns an excellent mechanical performance, 616.96 MPa (UTS), 552.00 MPa (YS), 9.67% (EL). Comparably, UTS, YS and EL of that improve by 16%, 15%, 265% in radial direction and 12%, 18%, 87% in axial direction than forged composite.
