隧道掘进周边孔间隔装药结构选取及优化 CSCD

摘要 :

在隧道掘进施工过程中采用水间隔装药爆破时,炮孔中同时存在空气和水两种间隔介质,其形成的爆炸应力相比单一空气间隔要复杂。为了选取合适的装药结构并确定合理的爆破参数指导现场施工,以温泉隧道为工程背景采用数值模拟的方法对周边孔水间隔和空气间隔装药爆炸应力进行模拟分析,然后选取合适的装药结构进行参数优化,最后通过现场试验进行验证。研究结果表明:在药量相同的情况下,周边孔采用水间隔爆破能够将爆炸能量比较均匀的传递到孔壁,对孔壁周围和炮孔上部围岩的破碎情况要好于空气间隔爆破,意味着达到相同的爆破效果,采用水间隔装药结构能够降低炸药单耗;当周边孔采用水间隔装药结构时,装药量为三段药卷0.9 kg,孔底水介质...

基于EEMD-HHT变换的爆破损伤分析方法 CSCD

摘要 :

为了研究爆破振动影响下的隧道围岩损伤地质雷达图像的演化规律,对围岩损伤模型进行基于时域有限差分法的正演模拟,并进行相应的场地试验。研究结果表明:对雷达信号进行EEMD-HHT变换得到的一阶瞬时振幅参量有效滤除了原始信号中高频电磁波的绕射和杂波干扰,突显了原始信号的特征信息;针对岩体裂隙损伤模型进行正演模拟,发现雷达信号的一阶瞬时振幅分量对损伤区域有很好的成像效果,使定量分析损伤特征成为可能;爆破振动影响下围岩的损伤演化受其完整性程度影响大,经历多次循环爆破作用影响的围岩区域完整性差,裂缝区域会在爆破作用下产生扩展与贯穿,新生裂缝多出现在距爆源较近区域。

In order to study the propagation characteristics of blasting seismic waves by using the analysis and research of blasting vibration monitoring data of Urumqi subway tunnel excavation, the blasting vibration signal has been decomposed into several IMF components by EEMD decomposition and fractal theory has been used to calculate the correlation dimension in this paper. The results show that the IMF component can reveal the frequency characteristics in the blasting vibration signal clearly. As the measuring point is far away from the explosion source, the complexity of the frequency component of the vibration signal gradually decreases. The seismic wave interacts with the rock and soil medium in the propagation process, make it shown non-linear characteristics, which are not easily to be observed by conventional measure methods. This paper introduces fractal dimension to study the nonlinear characteristics of blasting vibration signals and achieves the purpose of analysing the law of blasting seismic wave propagation. This study achieves a quantitative description of the effects of site media on seismic waves, and at the same time, it lays a theoretical foundation for predicting the vibration effect analysis of seismic waves reaching the target position. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

To study the influence of axial and radial uncoupling coefficient on blasting effect when air and water are used as spacer in surrounding holes of tunnel water seal blasting, and the optimal charge coefficient is determined for construction. Combined with numerical simulation and field test, the research results show that: (1) When the air and water are used as the interval medium in the peripheral hole for multi-hole blasting, the optimal value range of axial uncoupling coefficient is 2.2∼2.5. The optimal value range of radial uncoupling coefficient is 1.5∼1.6. (2) The concept of composite uncoupling coefficient is proposed, and the optimal decoupling charge coefficient is determined. Finally, the axial decoupling coefficient is 2.2 and the radial decoupling coefficient is 1.6, which can meet the blasting requirements. (3) The simulation results are verified by field test. It is proved that the axial decoupling coefficient is 2.2 and the radial decoupling coefficient is 1.6, which is better than the research results of axial decoupling coefficient of 2.07 and radial decoupling coefficient of 1.5 used in conventional blasting. The results show that the air and water media used in engineering construction can improve the blasting effect and reduce the explosive unit consumption. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

It is necessary to study the dynamic response of particles under blasting excavation to ensure the safety of slope. Based on field blasting vibration monitoring experiments, the wavelet packet transforms and numerical calculations were used jointly to study the energy response of particles in a slope at different frequency bands and the dynamic response characteristics of key positions of the benches. The results indicated that the blasting vibration energy in a rock slope would change in different frequency bands. The energy attenuation and amplification effects were mainly manifest as high-frequency energy attenuation and low-frequency energy amplification, respectively. The peak particle velocity (PPV), energy, and peak stress of the slope surface are generally attenuated with the increase in the explosion source distance. The vibration energy in the 51-100Hz frequency band had the greatest attenuation, and the PPV of the vertical component was larger than that of the horizontal component. As the elevation increased, the vibration energy at the top of the bench had the largest amplification coefficient in the 11-25Hz frequency band. Both the particle stress concentration at the bottom of the bench and the "whiplash effect" of the PPV at the top of the bench may affect the stability of slope. Thus, the safety and stability of rock slopes should not be evaluated by only considering a single index, but it should be combined with a comprehensive analysis of multiple indices.

为了研究隧道掘进爆破对围岩造成的累计损伤效应,利用地质雷达对隧道爆破开挖过程中围岩损伤进行探测,根据地质雷达信号具有短时非平稳的特点,采取希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)的方法对雷达信号进行处理,去除干扰,提取可以有效反映损伤特征的瞬时参量,进而得到较为直观的围岩损伤图像,并基于瞬时振幅的差异将损伤区域分为轻微损伤和严重损伤区域。研究表明,循环爆破作用会对爆破近区直接造成大量的严重损伤,而爆破中远区受到直接爆破作用影响较小,几乎不产生新生损伤,但已有的轻微损伤会进一步的演化加剧变成严重损伤,在距离爆源60 m范围之内,扰动次数越多,损伤演化越剧烈。

以温泉隧道为研究背景,从应力、振速变化、动态损伤以及爆后粉尘的角度对药柱上部水间隔、两端水间隔和下部水间隔三种装药结构进行模拟分析,选取最优结构用于工程施工。研究结果表明:(1)药柱底部水间隔装药结构易造成孔口围岩破碎导致爆炸气体流出,降低爆破效果;药柱上部和两端水间隔装药结构爆炸应力持续时间较长,有利于围岩破碎,其中药柱两端水间隔装药结构底部存在水介质,对孔底围岩起到保护作用;(2)采用两端水间隔装药结构能够同时降低炮孔两端围岩振速和所受应力,减少炸药能量流失,使其充分作用于围岩进行破碎,降低炸药单耗;(3)药柱上部水间隔装药结构对孔口围岩损伤最小,导致爆破后岩石块度较大;药柱底部水间隔装药...

为研究爆破荷载作用下高陡边坡的动力稳定性问题,依托国家高山滑雪中心(延庆赛区)索道平台处边坡爆破工程,在现场监测的基础上结合数值模拟对爆破破岩过程中边坡的速度场、应力场和位移场进行了研究.研究结果表明:对于边坡坡顶平面,随着爆心距的增大,质点振速峰值呈现衰减趋势,一定范围内V垂向>V径向>V切向,质点垂向振速主频主要集中在0~50 Hz范围;对边坡坡面,随着爆心距增大,质点振速、位移总体呈现衰减趋势,台阶处受"鞭梢效应"影响,产生放大效应,并且具有方向性;台阶处应力峰值与振速峰值并非在同一位置出现,岩体边坡的岩体边坡的稳定性应综合考虑振速峰值大小及应力是否超过岩体的抗拉强度来判断.

The characteristics of blasting vibration frequency bands in jointed rock mass slope EI

High-slope and rock mass joint development are the factors for predicting and controlling blasting vibrations under open pit mining. Blasting vibration adversely affects the stability of jointed rock slopes, thus studying the characteristics of blasting vibration frequency bands in jointed rock masses slope is an important task to ensure the safety of blasting operations. In the present study, vibratory ground motions were measured during blasting excavation in open-pit mining, and the blasting vibration frequency band characteristics of jointed rock masses and high slope were studied through the wavelet transform and response spectrum method. The results demonstrated that the amplification effects of the peak particle velocity (PPV) and energy between different frequency bands exhibited distinguishing characteristics. It was found that, with the increase in elevation, the PPV and energy amplification effects were the most obvious in the 0–16 Hz band, while they were attenuated in the 32–64 Hz band. Furthermore, the distribution of dominant frequency bands of vibration signals observed to be low and narrow, and the average frequency had been reduced. In the development of joints in rock masses, the PPV and energy in each frequency band were attenuated, and the distribution of the dominant frequency bands of vibration signals was high and wide. Also, the average frequency had been increased and the multi-modal characteristics of the responses to blasting vibrations were more obvious. The rock mass structures had displayed different amplification effects on the frequency components of the blasting seismic waves. Finally, as the effects of jointed rock masses on the blasting load responses could not be simply considered as reducing vibrations, they must be analyzed using vibration theory and actual situations. © 2020, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

Numerical analysis on the charge structure optimization under hydraulic blasting and its application EI CSCD

Taking the Wen Quan Tunnel as the research background, three kinds of charge structures under hydraulic blasting including the top-water-decking charge structure, two ends-water-decking charge structure and lower-water-decking charge structure were simulated from the views of stress, vibration velocity, dynamic damage and dust after explosion in order to choose the best charge structure. The results show that: (1) The lower-water-decking charge structure is liable to cause rock damage or even breakage at the orifice, resulting in the outflow of explosive gas and reduction of blasting effect. The explosion stress duration in the top-water-decking charge structure and two ends-water-decking charge structure is longer, and it is favorable for surrounding rock fragmentation. Water medium at the bottom of the two ends-water-decking charge structure can protect the surrounding rock of the hole bottom; (2) The blasting vibration speed and stress of the surrounding rock at both ends of the hole can be reduced by using the two ends-water-decking charge structure, so that the energy of the explosive can be fully acted on the surrounding rock of the hole wall to be broken, and explosive consumption can be reduced; (3) The top-water-decking charge structure has the smallest damage to the surrounding rock of the orifice, which causes the larger blocks of rock after breakage. The lower-water-decking charge structure forms the smallest damage area, which results in high explosive consumption. The damage area formed by the two ends-water-decking charge structure is regular, and the rock fragmentation is minimum after blasting; (4) Among the three charg structures, the dust concentration of the lower-water-decking charge structure is the highest after explosion. The dust concentration of the two ends-water-decking charge structure after explosion is slightly higher than that of the top-water-decking charge structure, and the difference is very small. However, the blasting effect of the two ends-water-decking charge structure is better than that of the top-water-decking charge structure.
