本发明公开了一种硅酸镁基胶凝材料性能改性剂的制备方法及应用。所述性能改性剂由镁质增强剂、有机分散溶剂、激发催化剂、增韧增强纤维素组成。其中镁质增强剂由水杨酸镁、酒石酸镁(五水)与六氟磷酸镁组成,有机分散溶剂由环戊基三乙氧基硅烷与茜素氨羧络合剂组成,激发催化剂由四丁基六氟磷酸铵与庚烷磺酸钠按组成,增韧增强纤维素由根瘤菌属纤维素与土壤杆菌属纤维素组成。由所述性能改性剂改性的硅酸镁基胶凝材料流动性能、早期力学性能得到了显著提升,干燥收缩性能得到了显著降低。这对硅酸镁基胶凝材料在水泥混凝土制品上的应用有着重要意义。

Alkali-activated brick powder geopolymer (BPG) was prepared by use of brick powder (BP) under the activation of sodium silicate-based activator with silicate modulus of 1.6 and alkali dosages of 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and the effect of alkali dosage on the early properties and reaction mechanism of BPG was studied in this paper. Results show that the BPG paste prepared with alkali dosage of 6% exhibits the best fluidity (180 mm). With increasing alkali dosage, the dissolution rate of Al from BP first increases and then decreases. The negative correlation exists between the setting time of BPG and the dissolution rate of Al from BP. The optimal compressive strength reaches 31.1 MPa at the alkali dosage of 6% after cured for 3 days (T = 70?, RH = 30%). Lower or excessive alkali dosage is both unfavorable to the enhancement of strength. The calorimetry, FTIR and NMR results show that the increase in alkali dosage (& LE;6% Na2O) improves the reaction degree, promotes the formation of network structures and increases the Al-rich structural units (Q4(3Al) and Q4(4Al)) due to the beneficial effect of alkali enhancement on dissolution of Al from BP, thereby increasing the polymerization degree of reaction products and enhancing the compressive strength of BPG. However, the higher alkali dosage (8% Na2O) impedes the further dissolution of Al and the formation of Al-rich structural units, which results in the lower reaction degree and compressive strength.

Graphene oxide (GO) is an excellent nano reinforcing material. This paper presents the effect of GO addition on the hydration, microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cement (MPC). MPC with GO contents of 0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08 and 0.10 % was prepared. The functional groups, mechanical properties, phase composition and reinforcement mechanism of the GO-MPC composites were tested and analysed. The results showed that water adhered to the GO, which led to a decrease in the fluidity of the MPC paste. With increasing GO content, the most probable pore size of MPC first decreased and then increased. By adding 0.04 % GO, the most probable aperture of MPC was reduced from 11.3 mu m to 0.9 mu m. The proper addition of GO could refine the pore size, densify the microstructure and improve the mechanical properties of MPC. An appropriate dosage of GO promoted the hydration of MPC, resulting in more hydration products, including potassium magnesium phosphate hexahydrate (MKP), better growth of MKP with higher crystallinity.

The effects of loading frequency, temperature and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on the energy dissipation property of cement paste were explored in the paper. Energy dissipation was characterized by loss factor (defined as loss modulus /storage modulus E & DPRIME;/E & PRIME;), and the roles of MWCNTs were analyzed emphatically by micro tests. The energy dissipation of cement paste originated from the sliding of C-S-H sheets at nanoscale and the friction of C-S-H globules at microscale. The loss factor decreased with the increase of loading frequency and temperature. After analyzing the micro tests results such as nuclear magnetic resonance and atomic force microscope, the mechanism of MWCNTs enhancing the energy dissipation property of cement paste was pro-posed: (1) at nanoscale, the mean chain length of C-S-H was increased by MWCNTs, leading to the sliding area of C-S-H sheets larger and increasing energy dissipation; (2) at microscale, the morphology of C-S-H gradually changed from globules to foil due to the presence of MWCNTs, which increased the friction area and the energy dissipation was enhanced; (3) MWCNTs were fibrous and bonded with C-S-H, and the friction between the their interfaces dissipated energy under alternating stress; (4) the small pore volume and pore roughness were increased by MWCNTs, which were contributed to increase the energy dissipation.

本发明的无水泥渣土固化剂及其制备方法和应用属于建筑材料技术领域,本发明采用磷酸盐类酸性激发原料对硅铝质含量高的工矿业副产物进行活性激发,在磷酸盐类酸性激发原料的作用下可使工矿业副产物中硅铝质矿物的快速溶解,并与酸性激发原料中磷酸类物质的正磷酸根发生聚合反应,形成具有三维网状的结构基体。渣土中活性矿物参与基体网络构建,实现渣土固化。有机固化组分中的水性环氧树脂可与渣土进行胶结,并在固化促进剂的作用下实现渣土的快速固化。该固化剂主要原料为工矿业副产物,而且不需要掺杂水泥和粉煤灰,可以有效控制成本。利用该固化剂配制的浆体可以快速固化,且硬化渣土浆体的早期3天强度高,7天和28天无侧限抗压强度均较优。

本发明公开了一种湿陷性黄土固化剂的制备方法及其应用。湿陷性黄土固化剂按照下述质量百分比配制而成:水泥10‑20%,活性矿渣粉30‑40%,锂渣10‑20%,海泡石5‑10%,硅藻土5‑10%,水性环氧树脂9‑16%,减水剂1‑2%,木质纤维素2‑3%。按照上述配比分别制备干料和湿料,将其混合均匀后得到黄土固化剂。将一定比例的黄土固化剂和水在不断搅拌的条件下依次加入黄土中混合均匀后得到固化黄土浆体,经过成型并养护后得到固化黄土成品。本发明采用工业废料做到经济环保的同时,固化黄土具备无湿陷性、渗透性能低,形成强度快并且强度高的特点。对以黄土为主要土体的建筑和路面基坑的回填产生巨大的应用价值。

Axial compression mesoscale modelling of RC columns after reinforcement-electrochemical chloride extraction SCIE

The reinforced concrete column after corrosion of chloride salt was subjected to magnesium phosphate cement (MPC)-carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) reinforcement and electrochemical chloride extraction (ECE) integration experiment. The axial compression behavior of the reinforced concrete column was tested, and then the numerical analysis was carried out. Two types of the corroded reinforced concrete columns were prepared for the test. The columns in type 1 were naturally corroded, and the columns in type 2 were electrified to accelerate the corrosion until the theoretical mass corrosion rate of steel bars reached 15%. Afterward, the MPC-CFRP was used to strengthen the corroded reinforced concrete columns and to remove the inside chlorine by electrochemistry method. The test results showed that the ultimate compressive capacity of the reinforced concrete columns strengthened by the MPC-CFRP increased by more than 22.63%. However, after ECE (current density, 3 A/m(2)), the ultimate compressive capacity of the reinforced concrete columns strengthened by MPC-CFRP reduced by 3.07% - 3.66%, and the chloride ion content at the interface between steel bar and concrete reduced by 78.52%, which postponed the corrosion of the steel bars. In addition, considering the complex nonlinear bond slip relationship between the steel bar and the concrete interface, a 3D mesoscopic finite element plastic damage model of the reinforced concrete columns strengthened by the MPC-CFRP was established. The numerical results were in good agreement with the test results, which indicated the 3D mesoscopic finite element numerical model can predict the compressive behavior of the reinforced concrete columns adequately.

In this paper, the mesocalibration test was used to measure the contact parameters (restitution coefficient, rolling friction coefficient, static friction coefficient, and surface energy) between coarse aggregate particles and mortar particles in Discrete Element Method (DEM) model of concrete. Then, the DEM model of concrete slump was established according to the coarse aggregate gradation to study the flow behavior of coarse aggregate in fresh concrete. The slump test result was compared with the output of the slump DEM model with high consistent, indicating the promising reliability of the mesocalibration test. Finally, based on the mesocalibration test results, the DEM model of pumping concrete was established. It was obtained that the pumping pressure calculated by the numerical model was similar to that of the pumping test with satisfactory accuracy better than the concrete pumping pressure calculated according to the rheological test results of concrete and lubricating layer. On this basis, the movement trajectory of coarse aggregate in the pump pipe was analyzed and the influence of coarse aggregate on the pumping performance of concrete was revealed.

Two kinds of layered double hydroxides (LDHs), MgAl-NO2 (N-LDH) and MgAl-CO3 (C-LDH), were incorporated to study the durability of mortar and concrete. The LDH contents of mortar were 1%, 2%, and 4% by mass and the LDH contents of concrete were 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 4%, respectively. The effect of LDHs on sulfate resistance of mortar was studied through dry-wetting cycle test, compressive strength test, and flexural strength test. In addition, the effects of LDHs on pore structure, chloride resistance, carbonation resistance, shrinkage, and creep of concrete were investigated by SEM, mercury injection test, XRD, chloride ion diffusion coefficient test, chloride salt corrosion depth test, carbonation depth test, shrinkage test, and creep test. The results showed that LDHs can improve the ability of resisting ion corrosion, carbonization, shrinkage, and creep, reduce the pore content, and optimize the pore structure of mortar and concrete to some extent. Moreover, 4% LDHs had a better effect on improving the durability of mortar and concrete compared to 0.5%, 1%, and 2% LDHs, and the effect of C-LDH was better than N-LDH.

The electrochemical accelerated corrosion of reinforced concrete (RC) columns was carried out with the target corrosion rate of longitudinal rebar as 15%, then the magnesium phosphate cement (MPC)-carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) as strengthening approach and electrochemical chloride extraction (ECE) method were integrated to process the RC columns. Among them, when the dechlorination period was 35d, the current density of dechlorination was selected as 1 A/m(2), 2 A/m(2), and 3 A/m(2); when the periods of dechlorination were 21d, 35d and 49d respectively, the dechlorination current density was set as 2 A/m(2). Finally, the seismic performance and dechlorination efficiency of RC columns under different dechlorination current densities and dechlorination periods were mainly analyzed by failure mode, hysteresis performance, lateral strength, ductility performance, stiffness degradation, residual deformation plus energy dissipation. Compared with the corroded RC columns, the cumulative energy dissipation capacity of the RC columns enhanced by MPC-CFRP promoted by 101.33% -206.36%. When the dechlorination period was 35d, the seismic performance of the RC columns dechlorided by the current density of 1 A/m(2) and 2 A/m(2) did not decrease significantly, and the seismic performance of RC columns with the dechlorination current density of 3 A/m(2) greatly reduced. When 2 A/m(2) was regarded as the dechlorination current density, the seismic performance of concrete columns with the dechlorination periods of 21d and 35d did not decrease significantly, and the seismic performance of the concrete columns with the dechlorination periods of 49d greatly reduced. However, it was worth noting that the chloride ion content of the interface between rebar and concrete abated significantly with the growth of the current density and the dechlorination period.
